This store does such a great job! Employees are hardworking and knowledgeable. They are inundated with Amazon returns constantly, and handle it like a well-oiled machine. I'm happy to wait in line in a business that runs like this one does.

The Indian/Middle Eastern lady are very rude to us, we went for notary but instead of talk and speak softly, she decide to yell it out loud when is not necessary!!!

The store I visited had incredible customer service, actual genuine customer service.
Very helpful, thorough and efficient. I felt happier when I left! Love going to Pooler UPS for all my shipping needs!

Staff is consistently rude and locks store before actual closing time. If you get there before they close they should allow you in the building, no matter how many people are already in line. I had an Amazon return fully packaged and ready to be sent off, and I was refused service. Extremely unhelpful.

I shipped pkg overnight at 9 am they did not get ups to pick til 9:50 pm which caused my pkg to be late what a rip off I guess it's how they fraud customers

This ups store is the best one by far. Mrs.patty always has an amazing attitude and is quick! The whole team there is just incredible! They are professional and kind towards every customer.

The lady that is Asian, is RUDE as all get out she complains all the time, we have never seen such unprofessional associate at this store. She needs to be trained on how to be professional she talked to me and my husband as if we were beneath her, and I am still trying to get over it, we were only asking about services etc. I'm not sure why she's there, to the owner I hope you don't accept this type of behavior, she was rude to the lady in front of us as well, when we left(decided not to do business there because of her) the lady before us waited outside for us and she vented about how rude she was and that she needs to be in a job that she does not have to deal with people. I agreed because I have NEVER.. our business is lost forever at this location will go to another store or their competition Fedex Kinkos.. BEWARE if she is there turn around and walk away. I have my own successful business and would NEVER allow my customers to be treated this way , that employee would be unemployed.

Save yourself 45 minutes of your day and find a different UPS store to go to. 4 customers were infront of me in line and every single person had an issue due to all three UPS employees that were present being unsure how to perform company processes. I didn’t have any issues myself, just dropped off a letter, but this store really needs help. Employees are confused and disorganized. Not professional at all. The store is messy, boxes everywhere and not clean in general. The gentleman that assisted me didn’t have on a uniform and his hair covered his entire face so I couldn’t even see who I was talking to. Maybe he didn’t work there but he knew more than the employees in a UPS uniform.
Seriously- do not stop here if you are in a hurry.

This is the worst ups store I have ever been into.The employees are very grumpy and the prices are ridiculous! After 3 tries had enough.I have always had great service with other locations.Try and get happier!

I go to this store very often, I wanted to say thank you for the great ladies that always help me. Patty, Nikki and Katelyn. So willing to help, even though it's always busy, they get the job done and with a smile! I enjoy their service and the store is always clean and tidy, so thank you Mrs patty and the whole team. Definitely recommend coming to this store.

Title: Unpleasant Experience with UPSI recently had a disappointing encounter with UPS. The level of service was below expectations, marked by unprofessional behavior and a lack of consideration. From start to finish, the experience felt frustrating and left me questioning the quality of service provided.The staff exhibited a noticeable lack of courtesy, making the process unnecessarily difficult. Communication was poor, with unclear instructions and dismissive attitudes. This created a stressful environment that left me dissatisfied with the overall service.I believe that a company should prioritize professionalism and customer satisfaction, aspects that seem to be lacking in my recent interaction with UPS. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement in their service standards.Perhaps hire a better manager that actually shows professionalism also.
