This store does such a great job! Employees are hardworking and knowledgeable. They are inundated with Amazon returns constantly, and handle it like a well-oiled machine. I'm happy to wait in line in a business that runs like this one does.

The store I visited had incredible customer service, actual genuine customer service. Very helpful, thorough and efficient. I felt happier when I left! Love going to Pooler UPS for all my shipping needs!

This ups store is the best one by far. Mrs.patty always has an amazing attitude and is quick! The whole team there is just incredible! They are professional and kind towards every customer.
