So yesterday i was there and is black friday.. we have a bad experience when the ladies that i asked about the price for 70 % off from $44 me that i can count it by my self just half price and i tried to tell her is 70 % and she told me the price is 22 dollar do you think i cannot count if it is 50% off ma'am ???? and when we finish we went to cashier is because we gonna buy for somebody else and we still confuse to pay and the older man from cashier asked me do you finally finish?? since you done the so many chaos???? i try to explain this is not for us and he answer ( well) is mean he don't care... and i told him you need to calm down sir .... overall you have a bad attitude sir....better you never do that to the customer !!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could I would give them zero. They make you so uncomfortable. And show so disgusted face. It was not like this. She on u go inside employee stare you like we are thieves. They will keep chase u . Sometimes two or three girls together. Seems we come in a museum that we not allow to touch any thing.

Store closes at 9, dressing room closes at 830. Employees too busy sweeping instead of having a dressing room open.

I was in this store today, paid my bill, asked the cashier if I could wear the clothes I bought, he told me if as I was leaving the store a girl runs out and calls me a thief, I went back to show my bill and she doesn't even apologize, she asks rudely, impolitely.

Manager need should be respectful of paying customers despite of having language barriers if u can't be respectful towards paying customers you shouldn't be managing retail clothing store

I always like this place to go shopping and I have never had a complaint about its staff, I found the guy with the beard very attentive with very good attitude and always with customers, today I did not like the attitude of a As for the cashiers, I imagine that she is new and her attitude was not the best. It would be sad that she did it with other customers and the guy with the beard helped her and wanted to explain and told her in front of me that he should do it, the very attentive one. He did it but in reality I think he didn't like that we asked him a question but the best thing was to learn how to solve it. Likewise, train. I love this store, I just leave this for a note. Thank you

Customer service is and has always been trash, I asked the hunchback of Notre Dame his opinion on how to wear an article of clothing and all I got in return was a sassy snarky reply and a look of disgusting on his face. Excuse me I thought maybe he had good insight on fashion advice but I was wrong. Just way too much attitude and terrible people skills. Do better ?
