The NA Ms. CAIN, was so promptl and did a wonderful job on my foot wound. Check in was very professional and quick. I was so impressed by her follow up phone call the next day. It was be so clean and personal so friendly but I was wait about 2 hours in ER is not good because I had bad feeling I was so sad but thank you for responding so appreciate it.
