Can't rate Pooler store, but can rate mattress. I HATE IT CANT ever get the air right. Constantly thinking I'm gonna slide off the side. Got keep adding air to fill in the whole then let it back out . I hate it about 2 years old if that. Sleeps like it's a hundred. It's the five series middle range. Sorry that I was fooled by the popularity to sleep on an air matters with a better fabric covering. Just totally disappointed.

My husband and I walked into the store not having any knowledge on a good mattress of any kind and was immediately greeted with a smile by Amber! She was friendly, personable, informative, and honest! She took her time, explained everything, and was never pushy! She gave us plenty of time to discuss privately and answer all of our questions thoroughly!

I bought a bed in April and it was defective. The bed would not hold air pressure. Then when I returned the bed they also charged me to pick up a mattress that didn't work and didn't tell me that they were going to charge me for returning the mattress. So I bought a defective mattress and lost money. The price you pay for this mattress is not worth it. I will never buy a mattress from sleep number. Their customer service sucked, no customer service.

I tried a pillow and returned it, trying to get the other one I liked. When the guy brought me the pillow, it was all limp like it was used or defective. He went back to see if he had another one, and I'm pretty sure he brought me the same one. I picked it up, and it folded in half. The one on the showroom floor was very firm. Needless to say, I asked for my money back. Especially when I asked for one to be ordered, and he said he can't guarantee it won't be the same way.

Amber helped us get an amazing deal and walked us through the entire process. She even was able to move up our delivery date by 2 weeks. She greeted us and remembered our names the second she saw us. This woman deserves a raise! If you do happen to go to this store I highly highly recommend Amber!

What a beautiful new store! Incredibly satisfied with my experience. They carried the latest products, so I could truly make the best decision. I never felt pressured, but the employees were very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had. Amber specifically was incredible and helped me get the best deal and fully explained their policies in case I change my mind. I would definitely come back to this specific location.
