I’ve waited 1 month to post an update on my new mattress. I was having a lot of back pain, and finally realized the culprit was probably my old mattress. I went into Sit & Sleep and right away I felt very confident in purchasing. Josh made this probably one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and genuine. I purchased a mattress at 12 pm, it was delivered and set up in my home at 2 pm. The delivery men called before arrival, and were very friendly and careful when in my home. I am back to sleeping peacefully, you get what you pay for. I highly recommend this business, specifically Josh.

My wife and I bought a mattress here a couple of days ago, the sales person Josh, was amazing very knowledgeable and friendly. He got us exactly what we needed. We found out that this is a locally owned company and that is a big deal to us. We will be defiantly coming back to buy again when we replace our kids beds.

I’m so happy we stopped in today! This is the first time my husband and I shopped for a mattress that wasn’t off Amazon. All of our questions were answered and the salesman (i think owner) was super knowledgeable and helpful. We never felt pressured to make our decision. We are so happy we were able to support this family owned business! Now we can’t wait for our mattress to arrive.

My husband and I made our very first mattress purchase from here a few weeks ago and we are highly satisfied! The salesman was open and honest with us and answered all of our questions. He allowed us to make a decision without ever feeling pressured to buy from them! We got a great mattress with a nice warranty for the price. Customer service was great! I would recommend them in the future for an honest sale.

We went here to purchase a new queen size bed and headboard. It was a last minute "same-day delivery" purchase so we were braced for problems. However, this concern immediately disappeared due to the great service provided by the store manager. My girlfriend was able to find the exact bed she wanted, and it was delivered and set up as promised by 2pm the same day.
