“This particular stores customer service is phenomenal! After receiving an online order with two different sized shoes in one box, I reached out to customer service. They informed me that was the only pair left in the entire company of that specific pair of shoes. My partner was bummed because they were really nice and he really liked them. They said we could get any other pair of shoes at the same price point for the sale price we received on those shoes. While waiting on a flight we popped into the Pooler location. While looking around he told Earl, the salesman there at the time, about the shoe situation and how he really liked that one pair of shoes. We told Earl we were headed out of town for a few days and Earl said he’d see what he could do to find another pair. The next day Earl called and said he found a pair in the right size and he would have them at the store in a couple of days. On the day we arrived back in town there was a message that the shoes were at the store and ready for pickup. When we got there, Jim assisted us with another round of great customer service and we left with the shoes that we were once told were no longer available in the size he needed. It’s hard to find service like this these days. Thank you Earl and Jim!”
“We visited the Ann Taylor Factory Store and my wife found a few dresses she liked a lot. The store is nice and filled with fashions to choose from. The fitting rooms are convenient and clean. The staff were friendly and we had a very nice shopping visit.”

I ordered a pair of boots during a Red Wing visit to my employer. Couldn’t remember where I asked the boots to be delivered, so I called Red Wing in Pooler to figure it out. Instead of having me pick them up or ship the boots to my house, the store manager brought them to my home (over 30 miles away)! Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I’m already a Red Wing man, but they will have my business in the Pooler branch no matter where I end up.”
“If you like shopping at outlets this is a must visit location. They have a lot good stores there with great offers and discounts. I was able to get a lot of my holiday shopping done here while saving time and money. There’s plenty of parking available around the outlet.”
“I had to go here while I was on vacation about a month or so . It was suppose to be a quick in and out , but the customer service was phenomenal!! Caylen helped me soooo much!! I really hope next time I go back she’ll be there! I believe she was a manager, If she wasn’t she needs to be!!! She had great communication!”

“Absolutely love hitting this place up for our ski trips. Tanger Outlet Pooler Georgia is amazing, but St Augustine needs to get on their game and stock more. Very friendly employees and amazing inventory except for a few items, but with the prices I don't doubt things get grabbed at quick.”
“I've recently had a surgery on my r-foot, so I can only wear certain shoes. I live an hour and a half from Pooler, and today while browsing online I finally found the Asics I was looking for at FF. I called the store to make sure they were in stock. Mrs. Teresa was the most helpful salesperson I've dealt with in years!!! She made sure the shoes I wanted to try on were in stock. After few hours I made the drive to Pooler. When I arrived she had three boxes behind the counter waiting for me... That's service! Not only was she prepared, she was so nice and helpful. After trying on the shoes that I was somewhat satisfied with. She listened to my situation and suggested another shoe that fit every need I had even better. I can see why she's the manager.”
“Sometimes this place is all aces and sometimes this place is all minuses. It's hit or miss. I've been going there since it wasn't even on that side of the mall. It was on the other side where they've turned down the old outlet mall. I've been going to Nike forever in all caps. No cap. Forever ever. So it's a place that's like a family store. Generation and a generation.”

“I was at my wit's end. I had a long day at work because I wore the insole of my left shoe out. There was a hole and it felt like someone was stabbing my foot all day. I went to the Skechers outlet on Abercorn and it was a terrible experience. I was feeling frustrated, anxious, in pain, and overwhelmed but I needed new work shoes. So I went to the Skechers outlet in Pooler and La'Ravia was a godsend. She saw me get ready to have a mental breakdown and was patient with me. She was very kind. At that moment, I really needed that. After I composed myself, she helped me with the entire process. She explained some of the different shoes and how much better some were compared to other shoes I was looking at. She showed me that I had to work discount that I didn't even know about. She was so great and I hope the next time I need shoes, she is still working there”
