Honestly, this has truly been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. While Myeisha was kind and as helpful as she could be throughout this process, the mechanic was unprofessional annd unreliable. I would not recommend this location.
Day 1:
I call to see if they can do an AC check. They say yes and add me to the schedule for 6:00 pm on 8/29. I get home from work early and arrive at 5:00 pm. I told her I knew I was early, and I checked in. The mechanic tells me once or twice there are two cars ahead of me. No problem, I’m just thankful they could fit me in. Closing (8:30 pm) rolls around, and Myeisha asks me what I’m having done. I remind her, and she goes to find the mechanic only to find that he forgot about me and went home already. Rescheduled for the next day at 4:00.
Day 2:
I call to let them know I was off of work early. I could come in at 11:00 or keep the 4:00 we scheduled the night before. The mechanic told me to come on in. He apologized for the night before and got my car right in. We figured out the problem, ordered the part, and scheduled for 8:00 am on 9/7 for the repair.
Day 3:
I call 9/6 and speak to the mechanic. He says my part has arrived, and we are still good for my appointment at 8:00 am tomorrow (9/7) during which I will wait for my car in the shop.
Day4:
I arrive promptly at 8:00 am, and at check in, Myeisha tells me the mechanic said he’ll be in at 8:30. Weird considering yesterday he confirmed 8:00 am, but ok. Maybe he hit traffic? 8:30 rolls around, and he still isn’t in. 9:00… 9:30… no word. The only lady said he might be sick because this “isn’t like him.” I kindly remind her that he forgot about me the other night, and you’d think someone would call their work place to call in sick. Right?? I finally decided to just go elsewhere and leave about 10:00 with still no word from the mechanic.
Additionally, they quoted me about $750 for the part I needed (not including labor). They use Advanced Auto for parts so I got the part number from Myeisha, and I checked their website. I could’ve walked in today and bought my part for $450 at Advanced Auto.

Everytime I go to any Mavis (they bought out Savannah tire) location, whether I have an appointment or not, it has never taken less than 3 hours, and there's also some "other issue" that needs to be fixed. I don't trust this company, and I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Mechanic was fast figuring out what was wrong with my car. Ran fine except when I would get gas. Now she is running great and cranking right up!!! Thanks James

I will never come back to this establishment. They damaged my rim. Told me to wait to hear about it coming in for a repair. Never received that call. Call them and was told everybody had been fired. Had an emergency the day of tire repair so had to reschedule and corporate called to offer me something and now a week later no one knows anything about helping me. It was Myeisha who constantly was rude and hanging up on me. NEVER AGAIN

This store has gone above and beyond for me each time i came in last minute with an issue. Tonight they were short staffed and only had 2 mechanics and i came in at 4 with break issues and they squeezed me in and got me back on the road safely!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I highly reccomend this location.

Customer service: INEFFICIENT
Worst experience ever.. I had an appointment or at least that’s what I thought because when I got there at 1pm the same lady that made my appointment on the front desk seemed like didn’t know I had one, after that she said they might take about 1 and a half hours to get my tires changed; I waited there for like 2 hours and didn’t see anyone doing anything to my car so I asked the lady on the front desk how long they were taking and she said that they didn’t have the size of my tires so they went to get them somewhere else or sum like that.. after that when I went to process the payment they be like “oh the price changed a little since she showed you the wrong size of tires” that’s is not the customers problem, you made a mistake is ON YOU! Learn how to work first.. Ended up getting late to work because they took like 3 hours to change the tires and paying more than what they said at first ??

My first experience was wonderful and I left a good review. Today I went back to have tires aligned and oil change. I asked that they please put spare tire back as they didn’t do so on last visit where I bought tires. They did not replace spare tire and I had actual grease on my leather interior. This is just not acceptable to me.

Couple of problems with this location, but let's start with the fact I had a 9am appointment and while they were knocking out all kinds of other vehicles coming in after me, they finally got all 4 tires mounted and balanced by 12:30 then they tried to play nice by doing a free alignment that took them until almost 4pm .. but how about we cover the fact that they didn't offer the free alignment bc of the "wait time" like they said but because now 3 of my 4 wheels have scuffs and scrapes on them. Any luck ever getting them to replace damaged wheels to anyone else with this issue ?!

This place will screw you over. Dropped my tires n rims off to be mounted n balanced in the morning. Got a call at closing saying they couldn’t do it today. They knew I was leaving town the following morning. They could have told me that much earlier in the day. So I could have went somewhere else. They could care less. I will never be back. It’s a freaking tire shop. But you couldn’t mount n balance a set in an entire day.. Fail…
