Worked me in quickly. Checked tire for leaks. No leaks. It’s the temperature change. Yeah, affecting one tire only and down to 16 psi? Said all tires were low. Overinflated all tires and sent me away. Went to Goodyear and there’s a nail in the shoulder of the tire.

Literally the worst… had an appointment for 5pm and they didn’t even touch my car! I had to go to the desk and wait 30 min for a representative to assist me. After the wait I talked to the individual and he stated “we won’t be able to get your car in” even though I had an appointment and they don’t close until 7PM! That is 2 hours just to change a tire. Also it’s 2 hours of my life I’m not getting back for an incompetent tire shop. I understand if they were to be understaffed, it’s that’s the case STOP scheduling appointments you won’t be able to get done. I’m baffled that I had to go and check on my car 10 min until they close just for them to tell me they hadn’t started and I needed to reschedule. My best advice for anyone is go to ANY OTHER tire shop and avoid this massive headache.

With little hope, I approach hour number two; while employees scramble to figure out how to exchange a car battery under warrantee. It's really not the employees' fault as it's apparently a very complex and convoluted process. One errant keystroke hurls them back to square one, but not without a manager keyed override on the register. Much like the meaning of life, this is a puzzle that cannot be solved.

My vehicle warranty had expired by the time they successfully negotiated the mounting of 4 tires. Pack a lunch if you’re coming for service.

Bought some tires and had them mounted on the rims. One technician was cool and respectful. The Middle Eastern technician was absolutely horrible...super lazy and bad attitude!! Walked around the shop without a sense of purpose with a sour look on his face and was rude each time I interacted with him. He didn’t want to help me unload the rims from the back of my truck at all. Then when I came back to pick up the tires, he didn’t want to load them in my truck and then he slammed one on my tailgate because he was mad that he had to load them. After I went to help, then he had an even worse attitude and the whole time he was sluggishly loading the rest trying to actively not put them in my bed. He never said one word to me the entire time. Dude is garbage…don’t let him work on your vehicles!!!

If you want to wait all day for some tires to be changed bring them here !! I walk to the back to check on them! He sitting in my car going through my stuff!!! Don’t do it. Very unprofessional!!!

This place has had and still has serious management issues. Fran should be fired in my opinion. One package of three package of salmon that was $5.00 off Instant Savings would not ring up. She came over and typed it in. A questioned her about the savings...wrong thing to ask!!! Well it didn't come off, so I called her back. She then removed one of the other three and was going to take off $5.00. I explained to her that it already would take off $5.00. Again how dare I question the Almighty Fran because she knew what she was doing. I questioned her again and she just got snappy. Well not only did it not work, instead it removed the $5.00 off the other two, but she had already walked off and was gone. Well she was obviously too busy saving the world and setting everyone else straight that she didn't need to see if it worked, because it had to be since she did it with her superior voice and condescending tone she took with me. I mean it must have been my fault, right? Just tell me it was my fault and I will shut up and sit down. Sorry for daring to set foot in Sam's. This is not the first time she has been rude to me. If she ever speaks to me like that again I will call her out very loudly in front of everyone for speaking to me like that.

Never had an interest in a Sam's membership until I saw a Groupon yesterday for $15 for the year, can't say no to that. Easy to sign up and I love that everything can be digital. Used my phone hours after signing up to scan the QR code at the gas pump and paid with my phone, LOVE that!! The scan and go feature on the app is a fantastic idea. Didn't work as I'd hoped since it couldn't scan the paper labels in the prepared food section but otherwise a great way to save time if you're shopping for prepackaged items. Highly recommend the Mediterranean pasta salad!! Bought it for lunch today and added some pulled rotisserie chicken and fresh diced avocado and now I'm addicted!!

I've been here several times to shop and get gas for my vehicle. No issues at all. No long wait times for gasoline so I'm pleased with Sams at this location.

Gasoline pirces are good if you are a Sam's Club member- this is closer to Savannah, GA....but it is close to the Exit of I-95 on the way to Charleston, SC...it is in Georgia...but pretty close to end or close to entry of South Carolina in 15 or 12 miles approximately. People who work there are very nice....they go out of the way to come and help...i had seen those ladies helps any one or so - they do not sit inside the cabin...they come out and asks or ensure people are able to take care of pumping the gasoline without any issues Good People and good folks - nice .....i did not have any bad experience...so i am good. Appreciated again Sri aka drjustkidding.

Diesel pumps are hit or miss at best. Either some are not working or pump very slow. Aside from the wait to actually get fuel it took over 10 minutes to pump 20 gallons.

Do all my large grocery shopping here. Facility is normally in order and clean. The restroom's definitely need more attention than they're given. My advice to Sam's club would be to get rid of the employees. Should automate the store and pass the savings on to the customer. I've not experienced one good interaction with a employee from this location, most have a terrible attitude. Most everything the employee does can be automated.
