I do like my Redwing boots. Have had them for 5 years. Thought I would take them in for the first time to take advantage of the free for life conditioning, oiling, and laces. Went back the next day to pick them up to only see that they had only wiped some oil on them. Didn't even try to condition them or even clean them a little. Wiped oil on top of dirt and called it good. No new laces either. Was a waste of time.

They’ll go the extra mile…or 30!
I ordered a pair of boots during a Red Wing visit to my employer. Couldn’t remember where I asked the boots to be delivered, so I called Red Wing in Pooler to figure it out. Instead of having me pick them up or ship the boots to my house, the store manager brought them to my home (over 30 miles away)! Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I’m already a Red Wing man, but they will have my business in the Pooler branch no matter where I end up.

I picked up a pair of (steel toed) boots my son had ordered. The staff was very friendly and I was in and out in less than five minutes. The boots look good and my son says that they wear well.

Store was very busy when I got there but I was still greeted and service was fast. I'm a repeat customer so I knew what I wanted and it was out of stock, so I ordered them.

The store I visited was a small Red Wing branch and had a few customers ahead of me. The staff was polite and helpful despite being busy. I narrowed down to 2 different boots, both were unavailable in my size. However I got a different color with the upgraded puncture resistant shank. First time to a Red Wing exclusive retailer and will go back for the next pair.
