I was actually shocked to see the low ratings. I have been using this Publix pharmacy since it was opened. I have found the staff to be caring, helpful and often go out of their way to help. For example suggesting solutions if they do not have a particular medication at their location. They answer any questions regarding medications or concerns with medications. They really are kind people. I am sorry others did not have that experience years ago. I would suggest try again because they are really wonderful.

Ordered a VEGAN turkey sub for my family dropped it off for their lunch - came back to see half of it eaten and it was real turkey. Please double check your orders Publix before sending people home with the wrong things - I'm super annoyed over this!! Its the real cheese on it - my family has a dairy allergy!

Shaquille was a customer service Rockstar on the very busy Monday holiday I shopped here. Shaquille turned a frustrating shopping experience - so many shoppers - into a very positive, pleasant experience. He noticed me scanning the ice cream cooler looking for a hard to find - limited edition, Blue Bell flavor. Shaquille helped me search the freezer, and when it wasn't found, he offered to search the freezer of ice cream in the back. Yes, please! This is one of the reasons I'm a return customer at Publix - customer service!Typical to Publix, you'll find the weekly BOGO, deli, limited floral department, great sandwiches/subs custom made, periodically prime meats and great customer service!

You won't find a ruder staff. I dread every time I have to pick up our prescriptions. They clearly have no respect for their management eithe, dur to the fact that complaints have been made on several occasions, yet no improvements have been seen. If your already having a bad day, don't go there!

If you are in Pooler early in the morning and want to ensure a great start to your day, go into the Publix Supermarket at Blue Moon Crossing at 7 AM. The store is fastidiously clean, with floors shining, and every light well lit. The shelves are fully stocked with every can, package, bottle, jar, and container turned in the same direction. Standing at the end, looking down each aisle, is like standing and waiting for a military inspection of perfect alignment. The produce dept is like a well-managed garden, with every vegetable situated ideally with its neighbor. Every other department; dairy, meat, deli, and bakery, fall in line. The staff is courteous, and the store manager, Raynor Seleen, is on hand waiting to wish you a warm welcome. Thank you, Publix.

Terrible customer service. This evening I stopped by to purchase lottery tickets and the young lady at the customer service counter stood there talking to another associate about their evening. She did not acknowledge me or stop her conversation to assist. She continued to hold a personal conversation with another associate. After several minutes of waiting, I said excuse me and asked to assistance. She assisted but never apologized. Very rude.

My husband went to get his medicine this morning having to rush because of what we have going on the pharmacy technician was very rude and unpleasant she acted as if he was a drug addicted person he has medical issues and needed his medication she then stated " I have to look to see if u can legally get your medication today" as we had already told her that was fine and she sent him into a panic attack even more and he had just started using publics and his experience was very unpleasant her name was Tonya thanks but she definitely needs not to be a pharmacy technician due to her lack of people skills and maybe she should study for D.A. or DOC

This is my favorite store to shop at. I live right across the street from another Publix, but drive about 5 miles to shop at this one. The produce and meat are superb. The employees are extremely helpful. Never had a problem at this store. Thank you to Stephanie in Pharmacy for patiently helping me with my prescription needs today. This store rocks.

I love going to this location because they always have everything my family needs! The staff is always courteous and helpful. The store is always clean, which is a huge deal for me. They are a bit pricey but it's worth it for the overall quality.

Everyone I've interacted with here has been great, but the girl at the drive thru with black hair and glasses was terrible. She had major attitude and visibly rolled her eyes when I told her I only needed part of my order after an insurance mixup. She acted as if the entire interaction was a huge inconvenience to her.

The worst deli around. They don’t listen to how you want things cut. Why do they ask if their not going to do it that way. I have complained many times and it doesn’t change
