A great team of teachers and staff! Both my kids have attended and both love it! It’s a great feeling not to worry while they are at school because I know they are safe!

Our little darling is blooming at Primrose. We have total peace of mind that she is being well cared for during the day. Beautiful facility and great administration and teachers!

Update on Review: 9/8/23 If I could give Primrose a million stars I would! There was an in-school event for families and unfortunately a family member experienced an unexpected medical issue (who is ok, thankfully!) and I CANNOT say enough for the way the whole entire team at Primrose jumped into action during an emergency medical situation and came together to help and call the EMS (Pooler Fire and Chatham EMS also responded so fast and amazing!). They knew exactly what they were doing in an emergency situation, and you can feel MORE than comfortable sending your child here- the Primrose team is highly trained, professional, and caring! Later in the day, Nancy, (who is an owner of Primrose with her husband Adam) called to check on the family member and I cannot say enough for how incredible Primrose is! Not only did they handle an unexpected situation perfectly, but my daughter also loves it here and they had a wonderful event for grandparents and her teachers are so sweet, caring, and kind with her. I am so thankful for a great experience at Primrose since their opening in April 2023. The staff is very kind, professional, and very sweet with all the kids. It is clean, organized and a very happy atmosphere. Communication has been great, and being away from your little one can be hard- but knowing that she is in good hands gives you a great peace of mind! She leaves school happy and smiling and has learned so much in just a few months! There have been fun events having the parents visit the classroom and she is enrolled in dance and soccer through school! The owners, Nancy and Adam are very kind and attentive and caring, and I cannot say how grateful I am that we found Primrose!

Primrose was so great for my grandson. He just started kindergarten, and Primrose prepared him so well. I would recommend this to anyone looking for the best preschool!

I wanted so badly to love this school, and waited over a year on the waitlist for it to open. I used to teach at Goddard , So I knew what type of standards to expect from Primrose. In the beginning there were some adjustments with teachers, mind you, daycare centers have high turnover rates for teachers anyway. My son, was in the 2 yr old classroom as a part time student (3days a week) .Apparently he was too aggressive towards his other class mates . He had been written up a few times for “poking someone in the face “ “hitting with a plastic toy” “scratching” , and “almost pushing someone down the stairs” . I’m not sure if they were deliberately saying he was trying to commit homicide by stairs, at 2, but whatever . My son did get bit, I was never told about it by his teachers , or admin , I was given a note by one of the floater teachers . Only one of his teachers, Mrs Ashley, would complain about all the things she didn’t like, so it was rarely anything good about him coming from her. At least the other teachers would say good things as well . She would then go on to say “he was always the aggressor” his behavior was main “unprovoked” yes other kids were acting out, but he was the worst one, allegedly .Needless to say they put my son out last week. He had only been there for 40 days , half the time he kept getting sick with something , so he couldn’t even go . To say everyday he was a problem, is complete exaggeration. Especially only coming from one teacher . I’ve since had him evaluated, and a lot of opinions don’t understand why they wouldn’t be able to handle him, unless they just didn’t want to . This was his first time in Daycare . Obviously we don’t want to see other kids get hurt , but they are all 2. We’ve seen another kids launch a block at my son , and missed him by hair hitting the wall . Stuff like this happens. I contemplated writing this review, only because they said he could come back in 6 months , but after writing them an email, and not hearing back, I don’t think returning is an option , and I’mNot sure why I would .Mrs. Ashley didn’t even say bye to my son, when he was leaving smh . A 2 yr old . Sad

I felt as if my son was not given the proper attention, and opportunity. I would think, given the establishment, that the teachers would have top tier training. For the price, and name, it just did not measure up.

I had got a email from Nancy Martin to set up a tour for the school . she gave me two dates to choose from in June . i selected a date and the day off i emailed her about the tour she told me she needed to move it until next week . Following the next weekend i email her no response . Very unprofessional for an owner . First impression is everything and she didn’t deliver .

I can’t be grateful enough for my son to be in Primrose. He was at one well known Preschool in Savannah but ended up having a really hard time and lead to anxiety. His class teachers help him along with Ms Aimee, Ms Brittany and Ms Allison to get him back to be a normal happy boy he used to be. Ms Nancy always there for open communication and help me to answer all my questions. Now my son dragged me to the door every morning to go to school and he said ‘School now!’ With thumbs up ??! Thank you Primrose Staff and Teachers for making my son day absolute joy everyday! P/s: have a glimpse of his fun day at school.

Edit: I am not employed at/for Primrose. I am just one happy 1st time mama. My husband and I love Primrose!!!! Hands down the best decision we made. This is our first time in a “day care” and the experience has really set the bar. We had been on the waitlist since Jan 2022 however had our first phone call was in November 2021 and we knew then we had to enroll our son. This place was worth the wait and it was all thanks to Ms Nancy. The front staff Allison, Aimee, Brittany are always super sweet, kind and just overall a joy. The owners Nancy and Adam are the absolute best! Nancy has been so nurturing and understanding to everything. Everyday we when walk through the school doors we immediately feel all the love that is given from everyone. Our son looks forward to seeing Ms Allison and Ms Aimee every morning. I love how every staff member makes an effort to greet every child by name and give a warm welcome to all parents. I love how the teachers are so adaptable and always put the kids first. I also love the open communication I have with my child’s teachers. I don’t ever feel like I can’t come to them or work together with them when it comes the the care of my child. It’s hard to trust anyone when it comes to our children but I will say it’s so reassuring leaving my child in Primrose care knowing that they are giving my child the TLC and attention he needs.

Not sure why my review was removed. I can only assume that someone thought I was a teacher & flagged it. I am not employed at Primrose. I am a parent & my daughter is enrolled at this school. Let me try again:I was on the waitlist for a year before Primrose opened because I knew that I wanted my baby girl to be wherever Nancy (the owner) was! From the very beginning, Nancy was nothing but kind and gentle with all our questions.Since opening, that same kindness and grace has filtered into every interaction I have had with every staff member. Meeting so many of them and them knowing my daughters name has created such a personal experience for us. Ms. Denise & Ms. Amanda are some of her favorites. They treat her like their own!Aimee and Allison greet you every morning with a smile! Even Mr. Neil & Ms. Alexia (in the kitchen) deliver the best customer service and are so sweet to the children. If you walk into any other daycare, you will not get that warm "fuzzy" feeling. Here, you will! Any concerns that have ever encountered have always been addressed with open hearts & concern for the greater good of the children.Trust me... Call them or walk in & you will feel the difference from that moment on!

Our daughter has attended Primrose since the day they opened. She was in another local daycare before that I will not say the name, but she received the worst care. We love that primrose has a meal plan and changes it weekly instead of just giving little Ceasars every Friday as their meal. There is no screen time at all which we love because before she was placed in front of a TV all day. They get so much outside time, so they are active. They allow for companies to come in for other programs such as dance and soccer, which my daughter loves. They do random family activities, too, such as muffins with mom for Mothers Day, donuts with dad for Father's Day, and splash day every Friday. Also, the amount of art I am sent home is ridiculous, and we love it so much. At her old daycare in the year she was there, we got 3 pieces of art sent home. I'm the weird mom that cherishes every piece of art we get. They are also concerned for my child's safety and send home reports when she falls or is in a scuffle with another student. We love this because he old daycare had a bite policy of "five bites in a day and you get sent home," which is unacceptable.

Our son attends Primrose and we have nothing but positive things to say. We were on the waitlist for a full year and it was definitely worth the wait! From the beginning we felt welcomed and excited for every aspect of the school. It is our first experience with any type of childcare, and they have set the bar high.Between the socialization opportunities, education curriculum, and various activities, he is exactly where he needs to be. The owners, leaders, and staff are caring and patient, and we can tell our little guy feels comfortable in their care. We have no direct ties to any staff of Primrose, but we definitely feel part of the “family”!

I have two children at Primrose, and we love it. The staff are extremely kind and welcoming, and even the teachers who are not in my kids' classrooms know their names and say hi when they see them in the hallways. The teachers are extremely communicative, and the activities they do with the kids are wonderful. My kids have absolutely thrived since they started at Primrose, and we are very grateful for their presence in Pooler!

We have two children here currently. We absolutely love the school. All of the teachers that we have interacted with have been fantastic. There are even teachers outside of our children's normal classrooms who will approach our children and greet them by name and tell us how much they love our kids. We can tell that all the teachers and staff enjoy working here and enjoy working with children.
