Great place to store your stuff. Very hi-tech. Everything is ran on Bluetooth. You can purchase a storage unit online pay for it and download the app and your phone gets you in the Gate and in the door and in to your unit and will help you find your unit. Pretty cool! Its open to you 24/7 so you can access your unit anytime you'd like without worry of being locked out or being closed. Climate control or regular units available and even had deals online for units that were on top floors so you can save some money. Great place. Only negative feed back is watch out for the maintenance man, he is not a good guy! I can't stress that enough. Not a good person. Other than that the place is recomended to the fullest.

UPDATE AS OF AUG 5TH THE NEXT DAY. I WAS MOVED COMPLETELY OUT AND AM WAITING ON MY DISPUTE FROM MY BANK FOR MY 177. I WASNT GOING TO ALLOW THEM TO BENEFIT FROM MY HARD EARNED MONEY WHEN I COULD GET BETTER SERVICE ELSE WHERE.NOW SHES KICKING ME OUT MY UNIT AT THE END OF THIS MONTH AND I DONT MOVE INTO MY APARTMENT UNTIL THE 15TH OF SEPTEMBER. SHES IGNORING MY CALLS. IM JUST DEVASTATED. ONE THING AFTER ANOTHER. NOW SHE MADE MY LIFE EVEN HARDER AND TO GET BACK AT ME SHE TOOK MY 177 I PAID TODAY FOR THE FORST MONTH AND TOOK IT UPON HERSELF TO REFUSE TO RENT TO ME. SHE DIDNT ASK ME IF I WANTED TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE SHE JUST ADVISED I GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF I DONT FEEL THIS MEETS MY NEEDS THEN IMMEDIATELY AFTER THAT SAID YOUR UNIT WILL BE ENDING END OF THIS MONTH. DIDNT GIVE ME A READON WHY IM BEING FORCED OUT MY UNIT. I DID NOTHING WRONG. "let me speak" Then she responded with, "I DONT CARE WHAT YOU SEE!" when I was only trying to help her help ME by explaining.she was very unprofessional and kept getting short with me and kept repeating herself like I didn't understand saying AGAIN, do you see door 5?" I'm new at this app and I told her I saw six she said I'm going to ask you one more time." "Do you see door five? That's when she said I don't care what you see I almost turned around and left and said forget this because I just needed help figuring out how to work the app and the doors.Unfortunately due to the price being the best I had no choice but to continue.This is the worst experience I've ever had with a storage unit I guess that's why it was so cheap

Jackie who works the front office decided she wants to hang up in my face today after asking me if it was an emergency and I said no then telling me call back regular business hours and just hung up in my face before I could even tell her why I was calling!! The app clearly says open 24 hours. If that's not the case then she could have at least been Kinder an explain the hours and not so unprofessional hanging up in customers faces. Or she shouldn't have answered at all if theyre CLOSED. Love this place. I had an issue with my phone connecting the owners came out on a Sunday and fixed my problem. They were very kind and even helped me unload on top of a free month due to my situation ...I will always recommend

A great place to store your things. Very clean with up to date tech and apps that allow you ease of access any time day or night. Plus the biggest bonus to me is that the owners are really cool people. They go the extra mile for their renters and in my opinion are just real class act people.

I paid $100 a month for secure and safe storage for my late husband’s camper. The camper was at the facility less than six months. When I went to pick up my camper today, the doors were pried open, and someone had been LIVING IN IT!!! So much for “gated security.” When I called them to ask what happened, I was told they did not provide secure storage, just a spot to park, and they didn’t not own me anything for the damage, lies, misrepresentation, or headache. Don’t store your things here, if you value them. Their phone number is a cell phone (which the “manager” blocked me from calling — real professional). They also refused to provide insurance information, as required by law. I’m taking them to court. You should beware.

I have used Preserve Self Storage for a parking space for the past 3 yrs. I never had any issues getting in and out of the facility and liked using my phone app to do so. Parking space, although not paved, never had issues with weeds growing in my space. The only issue occurred 1 year ago when I had a spare tire stolen from my trailer. I am largely to blame though as I did not have locking lugs on the tire. I will not hold them responsible for this. Just a reminder to keep your trailer secured as best as you can. I did not have any incidents of vandalism to my 16’ trailer. Overall, very positive experience especially for the low cost.

I did have one review and recently wanted to add to it but deleted it. The good you can come over anytime and use a app to get in. Always very clean, and fairly easy to get to your units. The bad yes since December rates have increased twice. I am told I am at full rate now and shouldn't go up. I have a inside unit for a reason and both times we have came here it was hot. I am told it is not to be like a home and cool and they leave on 80. It really at times feels even hotter in there. I use the storage to keep my holiday decor in. Some of the items the glue is came off due to it is a little to warm. That's a little upsetting due to I pay for a inside unit for a reason. I don't want to keep these items in a hot storage building at my home. Other than that we haven't had problems. I did contact them and they said they would check it out.

My wife and I started using the units at the preserves just prior to the pandemic hitting the nation in 2020. How fortunate that their technologywas already ahead of the curve in terms of doing business. Also, when they suspected there might be an issue in my unit, they personallycontacted me and met in person at the facility because they were concerned about my contents. Fortunately, nothing was wrong, and Ireally appreciated how they went the extra mile with customer service. Paying online and using the bluetooth technology has worked flawlesslyin our year and one half experience. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing storage needs.Jeff and Laura
