I don't know what is going on at this location, but it's never consistent. The gas pumps may or may not accept a card, the candy display inside is never tidy, there are never any syrups in the CO2 fountain machine, the sweet tea is often mislabeled, and the workers in there seemingly couldn't care any less. This location really has taken a dive within the past 3 months. Do better, Parkers at Godley Station! I love Parkers company as a whole, however, your locations on Benton Blvd, and down by Pooler Prkwy and I16 are outshining the Godley Station location by a longshot!

Came in today for a fill-up and instead, I recieved a let down. I get Livers and Gizzards whenever I go to Parker's for lunch. Today, Simone prepared my order and I am very disappointed. $9.62 for scraps is not acceptable. This individual is single handly devaluing the Parker's brand. Because you have to pay before pickup, she was absent from the counter when I finished paying. After waiting 5 minutes or so, she came from the back and looked at me and said "Your order has been sitting in front of you the whole time."
I didn't particularly like her statement as she did not verify my order and made me feel like I should have checked random boxes in front of me to see which one was mine. The receipt was not clearly visible. Still, I told her thank you and to have a great day! Then, I opened the box. Let the picture speak for itself. This would be unacceptable for the old $5 fill-up.

I ordered livers from this location on line for delivery and they gave me only seven small pieces. When call to inquire about my order they stated that it varies based on the server. Is that how you conduct business with a customer. Now mind you I’ve gotten this item many times from Parker’s and this has never happened. The cashier said the server’s name was Miranda and I could hear her say that it varied. SMH y’all have got to do better.

If i could i would give zero stars.. the cashier working there tonight on 8/3/24 around 1045pm had to be the rudest most racist individual i have ever come across. 2 people of the opposite race than me she scanned out at the register, once i came up she completely ignored me, helped the next person, again opposite race, then looked me up and down and told me to go to self checkout. I couldnt use the self check out machine because my vision was a little blurred due to severly low blood sugar.... she didnt care. I also needed to get a receipt from the gas pump. Again, she didnt care. I left the stuff at the counter and started to walk out and noticed she took yet another person at her register, again, opposite race.....

Whatever Manager was working on Friday, July 19, was wonderful. She was very helpful in assisting me however, the girl ending her shift or starting her shift around 6:15 ( Makiya was her name) Was hands-down, the most disrespectful and unprofessional person I have ever come in into contact with in their place of employment. After not being able to pump the gas and being directed to see the cashier, I went inside and had her speak to me like I was ignorant. I told her that she did not Have to have such a poor attitude when I was just asking for help for that to be followed with “ You better get her, you know how I get”.

Tonight Saturday 22nd June at 9:56 pm the cashier was on her phone before, during and after I purchased my goods! Since when did a cell phone become more important than a customer or the employees responsibilities? Customer service has been thrown out at the landfill. This behavior is unbelievable and totally unacceptable!

Please get rid of your manual doors and replace them with automatic doors. This is a very busy location. Almost every time I go in and out of this store, somebody is on the other side of the door. We are constantly getting in each other's way. I have been to less busy Parker's stores and they often have automatic doors. You have self checkout and pay with your phone at the gas pumps. Now just update your doors. This will make being a customer at this location much more enjoyable.

Coffee is always on point is what keeps me going. However who is running this circus. What clown don't have any soap in the men's or women's restrooms? How are these cooks washing their hands or are they? Next time I go to a Parkers I'm going to restroom 1st to check for soap. That'll tell me allot about their management with inventory.

WHEN WAWA OPENS THEIR LOCATION IN POOLER PARKERS WILL BECOME A THING OF THE PAST.
I HAVE BEEN GOING TO PARKERS SINCE I MOVED INTO POOLER 2 YEARS AGO UNTIL THE OTHER DAY I WENT IN TO GET A COFFEE FOR ME AND CANDY FOR MY SON. I WAS DRINKING THE COFFEE AND WHEN I WENT TO PAY I HAD ONE DOLLAR SUSAN B ANTHONY COINS THE CASHIER SAID WE DONT ACCEPT THOSE THE BANK WILL NOT TAKE THEM. I SAID IT IS US CURRENCY THEY ASKED IF I HAD ANOTHER FORM OF PAYMENT I HAD A CREDIT CARD AND I TOLD THEM NO THEY TOOK THE CANDY AND THE COFFEE BACK FROM ME. I ALREADY HAD BEEN DRINKING IT AND THEY STILL TOOK IT. PARKERS SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR TREATING ME THAT WAY AND I ASSURE ALL THE RESIDENTS IN POOLER WHEN YOU EXPERIENCE WAWA GAS STATIONS YOU WILL REALIZE WHY NOT TO VISIT PARKERS AGAIN. WHO DOESNT ACCEPT US CURRENCY AND WHO TAKES A COFFEE BACK FROM A CUSTOMER AND YOU THINK I WAS GOING TO USE ANOTHER FORM OF PAYMENT AND TGEY EMBARRASSED ME I. FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. PARKERS IS NOT WORTHY OF ANY BUSINESS FROM THE RESIDENTS AND WILL NEVER HAVE MINE AGAIN. THEY SELL A CANDY CALLED FEASTABLE CHOCOLATE FOR $ 5.00 PER BAR GO TO WALMART IT IS 4 FOR $ 10.00. PARKERS SHOULD APPRECIATE US AS CUSTOMERS BUT THEY ARE USED TO HAVING ALL OF THE BUSINESS.

The bathrooms need to be cleaned. Parkers was once known for having clean bathrooms, but I'm not sure why that has changed.

Employees all ways on there cell phone not paying attention to the customer I came in & had to wait for the employees to get off her phone to get me something from behind the counter why do I have to wait for her I'M THE CUSTOMER OK U HAVE TO DO BUTTER!!!!

Was just has this parkers 10 minutes ago. Gassed up had to use the restroom. Walked in seen a cart at bathroom shouted hello to see if someone was in there to make sure because sometimes there isn't. A parkers employee came out aggressive and cussing me out and feeling threatened do to my veteran status and pass I flipped the cart toward him. I will be contacting a lawyer for being treated aggressively and unfairly.

To actually get service is impossible. The store staff will literally just stand there and stare off into space and if to try to engage them they will walk off.
