This is for the kitchen sever , she gave me 4 pieces of old bacon then I asked for fresh bacon she gave me 2 piece then I mention about the difference of the bacon pieces she gone said you paid for 2 but then I stated you wasn’t counting when you gave me the old pieces she was trying to get rid of ..poor service !!

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Worker could not even lift herself to stand up and ring me up. Pointed me to self check out, while she played on her phone. After I checked out I saw where she could have checked me out, she was just to lazy!! Workers standing around talking while the trash at coffee was overflowing and dirty counters. I do not know who the manager is, but I would suggest a training on customer service.

Great place with plenty of gas pumps! Clean facilities and a ton of snacks and food inside! Great stop!

I've had their breakfast casserole a couple times before and it wasn't this bad. And for some reason I got it in a little Styrofoam cup instead of the plastic container it's supposed. They also gave me a small when I paid over $8 for a large. Overly salted, thought my heart was going to have issues. The biscuit was so undercooked I baked it more at home.
Never again and not even close to being worth $8. That's just crazy.

Yall have the sweets advertised 2 for $4 however when I get to register they aren’t ringing for that price. That’s false advertising & I’m literally showing cashier what the sign says & she talking to me like I’m slow. Like I’m wrong for wanting the product for price advertised. Then when im explaining frustration she ignores me.. very unprofessional. Any paying customer leaving unsatisfied with service is crazy.
Yes I know how rewards work. I inserted my number.. I wouldn’t have complained for nothing.. it’s out of frustration of a loyal customer.

JAMES!
I didn’t get his last name because the store was busy, I went to check out and the card I used popped up with insufficient funds.
I was frustrated and looking for my other card,
Meanwhile JAMES pulled his wallet out and was about to pay for my things.
He didn’t do it to be noticed, or for praise, he quickly said “I’ve got you man”!
Never in my 33 years have I felt my hope in humanity come to life.
You really touched my heart JAMES!

I stopped visiting this location last year because of the atmosphere and decided to stop in today. There had to be a change in management in this location because everything was amazing! From the outstanding customer service and clean bathrooms to the drink machines! I've found my daily go to now! Keep up the good work!!!!
