I am a local and visit this store very often and always have the best time shopping in here bc of the great staff. Last night was a little different as i was a little bothered by the behavior of the manager in charge named Mabry. The sweetest young lady by the name of Avery welcomed us in and was extremely helpful and as i shopped I heard her welcoming every guest, she helped me pick out perfect christmas gifts for my children along the side of a young man that I sadly did not get his name so i can give him his kudos as well. He was young with shoulder length curly hair(very helpful). The young lady was in the middle of a conversation helping me and Mabry interrupts us and very rudely tells this young lady to start folding t-shirts on the table. Avery was trying to help me and as if she was not rude enough to this poor girl i watch her and she walks off and stops and gives her the dirtiest look almost daring her to not start folding while she is helping a guest and then rolls her eyes and walks off. I continue to watch this manager bc if this was my daughter I would never want a manger to treat her this way. It was almost like she was just waiting for her to make a mistake so she could scold her in front of the whole store. The manager could not even do her closing duties for staring down this sweet young lady. Then here she goes again yelling across the store for her to stop leaning on the table. The way this manager Mabry talked to this young lady was very disturbing to myself and other customers and the way it looked Avery was doing a better job than the manager and maybe she needs to be demoted and Avery promoted. Palmetto moon has the best customer service from every employee i have ever came in contact with a this manager is definitely not a good fit. I myself am a manager and would never speak to my staff in the manner that she did. Mabry is the only thing negative i can say about this wonderful store and staff!!

I had the best customer service when visiting this store. Aeralyn and Tori were two of the best store associates you could have; both were kind, patient, helpful and friendly. For instance, they took the time to show my husband around the store to help him find something he might like since he, at first, was unable to find something that interested him. They made conversation easy and answered any questions we had. Very well done!

Rude customer service, snotty attitudes. Horrible business. I spent $250+ in the store, came home to find out a $60 sweatshirt did not make it into my bag. Easy fix ? Nope. I called and they did nothing. Said their video camera caught that the worker did put it into my bag. Won’t show me the video at all. Said it’s against their policy to show angles of the cameras , but the angle is obliviously on the register. They’re cooperate manager LAUGHED at me over the phone. The clothes are cute but I would never return. The people here are not good whatsoever and charge you so much to get laughed at when you have any issue.
