I lived at Olympus Carrington for 5 years. I usually don't do review until after a couple months of moving to see how everything (payments, paperwork, service) was handled.
Good:
I moved into Olympus Carrington in 2019. The service was great, the girl that was helping at the time was fantastic. I remember checking the apartment before moving in, the bathroom was not flushing. I contacted the front desk and they immediately fixed it. The amenities were clean and area was beautiful. The maintenance were top notch. The guys were great and very helpful. Everything was working, food trucks and pool parties were fun! The people at the front were nice and professional, they've all answered my emails in a timely manner. They've helped me a lot in my move out process this year.
Area is in walking distance to Publix, Costco and Chick fil la! Quiet neighborhood.
Not so Good:
I'm not sure what happened but a lot of things started slowly going downhill in the last 2-3 years. Only 1 out of 4 treadmills was working at the gym, someone stole gym equipment which was never replaced until a year or 2 later. The doors at the gym (the key fob entry portion) didn't work. I didn't feel safe to workout at the gym because I don't know if the person is a resident at the apartment or just some stranger. So the doors were unlocked all the time.
The gates only worked a handful of times. Same goes with the doors in packaging room...they were unlocked 90% of the time due to problems with the software or something. From what I've heard, peoples packages have been opened and stolen. I've fortunately not experienced that.
Trash valet is supposed to come Sunday through Thursday which was kept up for awhile but in the last year it's been inconsistent...i'd leave trash out on those days and they don't get picked up until days later or not all for the week. They would pick up on one side of the hall but they won't pick up on the other side of the hall until a day or 2 later.
Overall I had a majority good experience living here but the up keep for the amenities and everything else needs to improve.

Horrible maintaince people. The front office took 3 weeks to even put in a work order to fix my garbage disposal and told me i would have fix my own door handle that was broken upon moving in. 1st month living here i’ve had to deal with roaches coming from under my counter and in my kitchen cabinets. The front office is no help whatsoever. My BABYS room carpet smells like a cats litter box from the day we moved in till now 2 months later and no one wants to fix it. its only my second month here THIS IS NOT LUXURY LIVING AT ALL!

Would give more stars if we could, Christina, a Leasing Agent, provided superb customer service by going above and beyond when giving us a tour. Christina personalized the tour by making it OUR experience, taking into account our housing needs and accommodations as prospective residents. Not only that, as we were on our the tour, the other residents were pleasant, and grounds were extremely well-kept. Felt like home!

I have lived in Olympus for a month and I can say that I am very delighted with the place. The public areas are well maintained and services are always in time and good.Christina Troche, from the Leasing Office, has been very friendly and helpful all the time, from the move-in paperwork to maintenance matters, and she is always on top of everything.
