We ordered three pallets of zoysia grass. Was delivered in perfect condition. We needed one more pallet and this was delivered in a dump truck. Needless to say, it was a mess. You have a pallet of grass literally dumped like a pile of trash! My husband went to Olde Savannah Gardens, spoke to the owner, and she said the way it was delivered was “acceptable”! Well, it wasn’t acceptable to us!
We also purchased several hydrangeas which, luckily, we brought home with us!
We thought this place was perfect and planned to purchase so much more! After the experience we had, with the owner, no less, we will never purchase from them again!

My experience with the entire staff at Olde Savannah Gardens has been great! From the first consultation with Heather and then the install, after sales service, and more was also great. Renee communicates in a very timely manner and got two of my plants that were installed by them warrantied out. We are extremely pleased with the experience from start to finish and will recommend them to anyone looking for some professional landscaping design and install services! Thank you again.

It's very rare these days to pay a company for a service and for them to exceed your expectations. The entire team are just amazing to work with, always polite, and followed through with all my request and changes. The 3 that come out to do the work are such nice people and are really very hard workers. I've hired them for two separate projects now and couldn't be happier!

Communication is lacking at best. In the staff’s defense, there are no decision makers on premises. If you need sod, go somewhere else.

Excellent Company, Customer Service and Care of the job at hand! They really transformed our backyard into a backyard retreat! Early April, I purchased two pallets of St. Augustine sod. When it arrived it was in excellent condition. The salesman gave me instructions on how to install and how to take care of it. I highly recommend this place for all your landscaping projects. Thanks guys.

Will not answer the phone after the product is paid for but will answer for another Plant Company that calls them to say yeah we're open; instead of the person that's calling their place of business. Also oh, I left two messages both of them has went unreturned. no return phone call whatsoever. I don't understand but anyway it is what it is. They will never get another dime. I just hate it because the tree that they have is already paid for and can't get them on the phone. unreal
