Everything one could hope for in excellent service! From the friendly Hello’s to an efficient repair time, reasonable cost of repair. I bought my last sewing machine there and am very happy. And if you think Pooler is to far away, it’s easy to get there and park right in front of the store!

Moye's was recommended to us for sewing machine repair. The machine was initially inspected and a price was quoted and was to be ready in two weeks. It was ready within four days and picked it up for the exact quoted amount. Very impressive! Highly recommend this sewing center.

I've been back a few times for servicing on my two sewing machines. My main machine needed a new part and my backup machine was also out of service. They had a two week backlog but understood my situation and serviced my backup machine next day. Thanks for being there for small businesses! My backup machine works like new, and came back impeccably clean

I purchased my first machine during the pandemic. The staff was friendly, helpful, and kind. Over the years I have purchased several new machines and I couldn't be happier. Betweenthe awesome machines, the two years of free service, classes to teach me how to use my machine’s, and competitive pricing, theres not much more I can realistically ask for. I’m currently loving my luminaire and can’t wait to master it. Stanley and W.D. are always ready to help, and the lessons are greatly appreciated.

this is the place to go, for alot of help, especially sewing machine repairs . The staff is very helpful, once they get to know you they treat you like family, all of them have knowledge on every machine especially the ones they sell, they are right there to help you with question and other question you have about the machine you bought,, they repair all sewing machine in a timely matter .. Stanley is good what he knows, the other staff hannah, miss cubbage and dw are really have alott of knowledge too.. this defiantly a place to go if you are considering buying a good machine.. i have embroidery machine, and i had things about it i didn't know, and they are all quick to answer my question or give advice on it, i bought my sewing machine and embroidery machine i wouldnt go no where else ,, NUMBER ONE PLACE TO GO I PROMISE YOU

My daughter in law took her embroidery machine to be repaired. The cost of the repair wasn't expensive. And the staff was very friendly.

I went to Moyes sewing center to try out a few cover stitch and serger sewing machines. The staff was super nice and helpful. I brought some scraps fabric to try out on different machines. They had a lot of good information and knowledge. I was there for over hour. I toke a few pictures. They have a lot of display machines that you can try out. I did call a head to make sure it was ok to try them out. Very nice people. I would recommend this sewing machine shop to anyone from beginner to expert. They have basic up to high end.

my husband took my bernina sewing machines into Moyes, my B570QE they broke the tensioner/needle cover because they didn't remove all the hardware before removal, they just ripped it off! the part must be replaced because doesn't stay on right now. the body of the machine where they opened it to service it was not reassembled properly i had to remove the hardware myself and assemble it correctly. it also wasn't fully cleaned or lubricated properly inside either. On my B770QE they did the same things I had to take both machines apart, properly clean them, lubricate and reassemble. they also did not update the servicing information being completed (the machines keep a record in the computer portion) . again I had to do this myself. I do not recommend using them for Bernina sewing machine servicing. I'mvery disappointed

I’m so pleased and grateful for the fast friendly service I received while turning in my embroidery machine for repairs and services. The prices was very reasonable as well. I was pleasantly surprised my bill wasn’t more because of the extend of repairs. I’m will be using them for all my sewing and embroidery machine needs. Thank you so much great service.
