Went here twice both are great experience got loaded less than 3 hours not bad.

The rented parking spot program they have is so disorganized and the gate system they have is useless and time consuming the gate jockeys have no clue how to figure the system out everyone does something different every time your either coming or going their is no consistency, an extremely disorganized outfit.

Not as bad as people say it is. Yes there is a bit of a wait but over all it's a goo place to pick up. Appointment was set for 1430. I got in at 10:45 and was put in a door with no issues.
