We bought a large item(over $1100.00) paid, and were told it would be assembled and delivered on X date. That day comes, and no delivery. I called and was told it wasn't set for delivery (it was, they confirmed our address twice) then we were told they don't know when I can be assembled and delivered! What?! Cherry on top, after their screw up they tried to charge us a new delivery fee. What in the actual??? This was our second attempt at buying this item the first experience was just as awful. Never again Lowes!

I asked inside for them to find someone to help load my car and was refused. Picture attached is the shameful worker who was asked by a customer to assist me, looked at my load, and turned his back on me. Shameful!

Why is it so hard to find a flat cart in the garden center (and other areas of the store)? Trying to find a cart in the garden center is like finding a needle in a haystack. They either need to order more carts or do some corralling of what they do have. After searching for 10 minutes for a flat cart I left without buying anything.

Lowe's in Pooler GA has got to be one of the worst customer service locations for Lowe's nation wide. Bought a GE top of the line Dryers $900 and it worked for 2 drying loads and then will not work.
Since I didn't use a Lowe's Credit Card, which I applied for, but hadn't got clearance on it to purchase this dryer, they will NOT resolve this JUNK Dryer issue.
Just had GE service guy show up, 7/8/24, said the Main Panel is burned out. Ordered new one and now we'll be 7/22/24 before we will know if that fixes the issue?? I don't have confidence it will.
I'll NEVER use Lowe's again to buy any Main Appliances.
Their 48 hour rule on Major Appliances is a JOKE.
Buyer beware!!!

If I could have given a zero rating, I would have!!! Please do not use Lowe’s for carpet installation!!! Please!!! In November 2023, my husband and I decided to have Lowe’s install carpet in our home!!! Big mistake!!!! First off, the carpet selections on display were not available or no longer in stock; or had to be back ordered. Once we were able to select a carpet which was available by the store’s chosen manufacturer, it wasn’t until March 2024 that installers came to install the carpet. The 3rd party installation company arrived, removed carpet and padding in several rooms and were ready to install the carpet when the lead installer noticed a defect throughout the entire roll of carpet. He immediately contacted his supervisor and informed her of the situation. He was told by Lowe’s Corporate Install Manager to do a “soft lay” of carpet throughout the house without it being tacked down. So basically, the defective carpet was just placed over the padding until a new order could arrive. So after several delays, another installation team arrived in May 2024 to install the reorder carpet. The installer came inside to see what the job would entail as he said he was not advised of the job details or what the job would require. He measured the house and found that the measurements he was provided by the contract company with Lowe’s were not accurate. We were informed that he did not have enough carpet nor did he have any padding for the rooms that needed carpet removal and padding before installation. He was misinformed in that he was only to lay carpet. The job required removing old carpet in several rooms which initial installer did not complete as they were told to just stop the job and do the “soft lay”. Upon reviewing the carpet to be installed, the installer noted that the carpet was defective in that the back of the carpet was peeling off (adhesive was not sticking to the carpet; the backing was separating from the carpet. ). Again, the installers left to return the carpet to the warehouse. In the meantime, we were again without full use of our home. Our home was in total disarray; it was very stressful. The Corporate Installation Manager for Lowe’s reassured us that the situation would be corrected and once install was completed we would be awarded compensation.
After the measurement fiasco, the Lowe’s Contract Installation Manager said there would be an investigation to determine if measurements were, in fact, incorrect. We were later notified that the initial measurements were indeed incorrect and another measurement was required by Lowe’s. Once the measurements were completed, we again went to Lowe’s to reorder carpet. Again, there was delay after delay from ordering 12” carpet (we need 15”) to Lowe’s not ordering enough carpet, again, based on measurements !!!!! Carpet finally arrived and was installed on Monday, June 17, 2024. On June 19th, Lowe’s Corporate Install Manager contacted me to inquire about the installation. He was informed of the seam showing and other discrepancies. His response was to offer a very small dollar amount for what we’d experienced. After my husband declined the nominal amount, the Corporate install Manager got defensive and stated that he doesn’t have to give any compensation and he quoted what’s in the contract as Lowe’s not being responsible for delays with the manufacturer. He had a “take it or leave it” attitude. However, prior to the installation he was reassuring and convincing that Lowe’s was concerned and would do everything to make the situation right. Keep in mind , these are the carpet manufacturers that Lowe’s provide when selecting from the carpets in their stores. We did not choose an outside manufacturer ; they are part of the Lowe’s contract when selecting installation.
