If it was possible to give this company zero stars, I would. I purchased a GE Profile double oven range. I wanted an induction, and I thought I purchased the induction, but they delivered a range with a radiant range. Once they installed it, I recognized that it was not an induction, and they said if I did not accept it it would be another 3 to 6 months-the typical gotcha. I should have sent it back, but because I thought I was dealing with a reputable company, I assumed that we could come to an alternative situation. The delivery person even documented it on the paperwork-but when I tried to address it with Livingoods, I got the cold shoulder. The range continued to have issues, oven not working, turning off unexpectedly (during holiday cooking). The service people came out, changed out two electronic components and still we had problems. They came out 5 times (and only documented four). At the end of the first year warranty they referred me to GE. I contacted GE, and they had no history of the multiple problems from Livingoods, and requested that a GE service repairman come out. I agreed. The repairman came out, said it was working as intended and now I have no further recourse with Livingoods or GE. How convenient. Bottom line- If you think about purchasing from a local merchant don't choose Livingoods, and if you do and need service, call the manufacturer and report the problem first.

Lucas serviced my dishwasher that had stopped working. He was very detailed oriented and thorough in fixing the issue and provided tips on how I can get better performance from my machine. I am new to the area, he helped to educate me on the water type and precautions to take in my other appliances that use water. He was conscientious in cleaning up any mess from the repair. Friendly and personable, especially considering that I was the last stop of the day, it was late and he had had a long day. Very pleased.

I tried to schedule a service call for my oven and this company tried to charge us in full 3 days before this service was even scheduled to occur. Bad business. You pay when services are happening. I completely understand taking a card to have ON FILE but charging a customer in advance prior to even showing up is not how business works! Poor customer service, how do I have faith these people are even showing up after they have taken my money?

I purchased a dishwasher from Livinggood's in RIdgeland. The salesperson was great. They delivered and installed on my schedule. I compared prices with Lowes and Home Depot and prices were about the same on the item I wanted. The big difference was they had it in stock. When they came out to deliver the dishwasher, they were great. I love my new dishwasher!

New dishwasher failed a month after installation. Service tech couldn't come out until 7 days later. Had to wait 6 more weeks! for parts. I'm not happy with the slow service.

Hey if you want great service with top of the line appliances. then this is the right place to check out. i was impressed from the very first time i went to Living Goods. From classy show rooms all the way to their warehouses. A-1 all the way,and their employees are so friendly and quick to take care of buisness.i defently recommend that you give them a visit,you will not be disappointed...

This is the worst company I have ever associated with. They don't cater to customers who have day jobs. Most inconvenient to deal with for repairs. If I had a choice, I would not associate with this company at all.

Purchased a gas range and was told the range would arrive on a certain day. Salesman stated he would call me by noon, as I was going to pick it up and install. Hadn't heard from anyone by 2:30 so I called the salesman. He said let me check the warehouse and call you back. He eventually did and said the range didn't ship, and in fact it's back ordered and would not deliver for several weeks. I demanded my money back. We bought this under the promise we would get it on a certain day as we needed it right away. Salesman was not knowledgeable on much of anything with the stores products, etc. Very disappointed in this store and it's Salespeople.
