First time at Lavish with Andrea. I was very pleased. She asked what I was looking for. She asked questions and clarified to make sure she understood me. AND it was a great haircut!!! I will be back!

First of all, I apologize. I was 20 min late to the appointment, my bad. I hate to be late but my memory played a bad trick on me. The hairdresser had a bad attitude towards me from minute one, I saw her taking the welcome cute little board near the front desk but not a hi or welcome attitude, I could not believe she was cutting my hair until the second time she came out that she directed towards me, with a burn out attitude. I understand , I hate to lose time for other people mistake but I think we could recover and try to start with a better attitude (you may cross check the cameras to confirm what I am saying). The hairdresser told me that since I was late I would not get my hair washed since there was no time. No problem with that, I accept the consequence of my mistakes. Still very rude attitude through the haircut. I did not feel like tipping nor scheduling a future visit.

My daughter and I came in to see how curly our frizzy hair could be. Andrea did an exceptional job. She brought out our curls, and we learned some very useful techniques.

First time customer on 7/05/2024 got my hair cut and colored for my wedding which was 07/06/2024 this was the first time in 6 years of getting my hair colored. One of my biggest issue was my sides with so much grey unfortunately it didn't get covered as much as I hoped. After being pointed out there was no offer to make it right only a statement that I foiled close to your scalp, yeah, but maybe the color should have stayed on a little longer. I don't know about most people unless u have more money then u know what to do with to me paying $350.00 dollars it better damn well be perfect it wasn't so I'm very disappointed. I believe at least 1/2 of my money should be returned to me.

Emma was an absolute gem. She listened to the details and did absolutely what I asked for. Very kind and genuinely cared about how I felt in the process. Hands down she’s golden .

Not only is Andrea an amazing stylist but she has the best personality!! I was undecided on color and she grabbed swatches, took her time and had an in depth consultation to get the exact color I wanted. She also gave me the haircut of my dreams! Never felt more like me, I always enjoy my appointments! Andrea is 100000/10 definitely recommend?

Teryania did a great job with my hair. She didn't over cut my hair. She was ready at the time of my appointment, very polite and professional. She listened to what I wanted and did not force me into anything that I did not want or like. She provided recommendations for future appointments, which I loved because it gives me time to decide. AWESOME SERVICE. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HER..

Absolutely loved my day getting my hair done with Andrea, she was fabulous she took her time with me and talked with me about my choices and what would be the best route to achieve what I want. I truly felt pampered by her and her attention to detail and my happiness. If you are thinking of going there you should it’s worth it. And the entire atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. Overall I’m extremely happy and will be booking again with her.
Hair type: I have long hair and it’s not always easy to work with. I have used boxed dye to dye my hair at home since I started dying it and as most people know that is horrible for your hair. Andrea was able to work with my hair and made it look amazing and also healthier.
Stylist: Andrea was so nice and explained everything from what could potentially happen due to the boxed hair dye and was more than helpful getting me to the look I wanted she also didn’t stress my hair out or have any real breakage. I will definitely be using her from here on out. I highly recommend her and the salon it’s self as everyone while I was there left happy and satisfied.

Andrea was amazing. Took the time to listen. Showed me samples of the color before even starting and let me give input. I like vivid’s and most stylist pick what they want. I have had a hard time finding someone in the area to want to do my hair at a reasonable price. Andrea was amazing, listen, suggested, showed me in advance what she was going to do, did it and it looks amazing. I have gone to 40 Volume in Savannah and had a horrible experience. The price was also double of what I was charged at Lavish. Then i received a hair cut at Ulta and she nurtured my hair. Tried Platform salon and after a day of texting back and forth, waiting 2 weeks for a consult, then meeting with her for 45 mins after she said she could handle my needs booked an appt before I left using the app she sent me. She confirmed my appt and then two days later send me a text stating that she cancelled my appt. She offered no reason. I asked her why and was told she didn’t think she could meet my hair goals. What, all I was scheduled for as a haircut and toner. I’m grateful she did as it made me find Andrea and the price was half of what Platform wanted to charge. I am so pleased with my hair. For reference I have short hair, she used a toner, then applied purple
To the roots, then added highlights of pink, purple and blue, haircut and blow dry. All for $50 more than what Platform was going to charge for a toner and haircut. Andrea’s haircut prices are also half of what Platform was charging. I would also like to say that Andrea has an amazing personality that puts you at ease. She is kind, intelligent, knows her stuff and affordable! Other salons wanted $300-$500 for less services than what I received at Lavish! Don’t spend extra money for a fancy name as Lavish is a cute, clean, professional and experienced salons at affordable prices! Give them a call you won’t be disappointed!
