Workers are never friendly and picked up an online order and there was a manufacturer defect. Although they did exchange it, as they should, they have the personalities of wet noodles. Waiting for them to stop talking and ring up customers were annoying

"I arrived at the store almost at closing time, but still with 20-30 minutes left. Despite this, the staff showed no interest in assisting me. I specifically asked for an item that was hanging on the wall, but the staff member insisted that it was just the lighting making it appear a different color. She then showed me another item that was supposed to be similar but was still not the color I wanted and was even scratched up. I explained this to her, but she still asked me to check for damage before she went to get a ladder to retrieve the item. I told her that it's not easy to see damage from that height. In my opinion, she was being lazy and unhelpful."

Sales associate on duty today at the Pooler location just lost a $300 dollar sale. I visited the store today to purchase two tall planters with fake foliage. She didn’t greet or acknowledge my presence the 20 min. I walked around looking for the items. I eventually found them but decided against due to poor customer service this morning. I’ll spend my money someplace that acknowledges their customers.

I've been to several Kirkland's around the country and this location stands out - but not in a good way. Zero customer service when you walk in the door. Zero acknowledgement of your existence. OK, I like to browse on my own. Found something of interest, walked up to the counter to check out. Two women behind the counter - both avoided eye contact and continued pretending to create displays. After a few "excuse me"s and "is this where I check out?" I FINALLY was acknowledged... with a curt "Over there" accompanied by a chin point. Then she literally picked up a lamp, some silk flowers, turned her back to me and continued to play with the florals along the back wall of the checkout area. I'd had enough by this point and said "Oh that makes so much sense. Literally turn your back on a paying customer...because that inanimate object needs urgent attention." She then proceeded to posit an argument and the exchange grew in fervor from there. She vehemently defended her decision to place making floral arrangements over engaging in anything remotely resembling customer service. So I left my purchase on the counter and walked out. What's particularly disturbing is that moments before I did so, another woman had done the same. And on my way out the door, my friend warned a woman who was walking in "Watch out, the staff here is really rude"... only to get the response "I know. I'm used to it. They're always that way." WHAT???? We saw the woman who'd left her purchase on the counter about 20 minutes later - in the At Home store down the road. Save yourself the time and aggravation... just go straight to At Home and skip a trip to this Kirkland's.

Really Nice home decor store located right next to Ross and Michaels. All their Christmas decor items are 25-40% off right now. Tons of farmhouse rustic decor. I got a Laundry sign for my laundry closet. Go check this store out. I love it.
