J.Crew Factory is larger than the one downtown Savannah. Easy to access to. Lots more elections. They cary some petite size. Sale items are limited, where's there are more online ?Staffs were good... Enough. Adequate. ?????????

I am a frequent shopper of J Crew. I have a J Crew Credit card for crying out loud. I have visited this location MANY TIMES not to mention I am a former employee of this location pre pandemic. I shopped around for a while but was not greeted, no big deal whatever I like shopping unbothered anyway. Store was very neat as always and was well organized. I get ready to check out and had to go find someone. Again, whatever no big deal. As I'm checking out I asked for the teacher discount by showing my email. The employee told me he wasn't supposed to allow that and could only view my ID badge. I told him I understood the policy and forgot about the discount even though that's always how I've gotten it. AGAIN, WHATEVER. So I pay cash and place the money in his hand. AS I HELD OUT MY HAND FOR THE CHANGE, HE PLACES THE DOLLARS DOWN FIRST, THEN PROCEEDS TO PLACE THE COINS ON THE COUNTER AS MY HAND IS STILL BEING HELD OUT TO RECIEVE THE CHANGE. Someone is reading this saying she's over reacting, or germs per COVID, etc. Whatever the reasoning was I didn't feel welcomed. I just dont know if I want to visit again. My visit was Saturday September 17, 2022 approximately 4-5pm.

Rude employees. The store opened at 11. The door was open. When we went in the employee kicked us out because she wasn't ready. Customer service training is well needed.

J.Crew has a lot of sales, and the quality of the clothes is good for the price~ The design is also good~~
