This has been a pretty disappointing experience. I filed my taxes only to find out 3 weeks later, when I called for an update, that my tax lady put in the wrong ein and it was rejected. I was never notified of this.. I had a new lady resubmit with the correct ein, and haven't heard anything in the last couple of weeks. They have ridiculous hours in the off season and it's hard to get a hold of anyone. The communication has been poor this whole process. I won't be using them again next year. Don't recommend ?

James was very attentive to what I needed when I was at H & R Block, I had several Things I need to take care of and he did it all in a timely manner.He was very efficient and very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. even though I forgot something at the house and had to come back a few days later we still got it done in a timely manner, which was great. Thank you so much for your time.And for all your help.

Apparently they have a new system as well as employee burnout. The lady helping me with 20 years experience, forgot one of my W-2's, the "system" duplicated my dependents, and then she called tech support that said everything was fine on their end. Obviously my money is no good here. Have to say, I won't be going back. Absolutely Rediculous. As a side note, the lady was like oblivious and didn't really want to fix it. I finally thanked her for her help and said I would use turbo tax or anything else.

Teresa, (senior tax specialist) does not know what she is doing. After being with her for more than an hour she still had no idea how to complete the tax form.

Isa Zieders was AMAZING. Took her time and explained everything to me. Polite, Professional. Treated me like a friend. Not just a Customer. Joanna up at the front got me set up immediately and made sure I was all set when I sat down with Isa. Again, polite, professional, very positive attitude. Very friendly. From when I called the day before to make my appointment was OUTSTANDING throughout the process. Took her time to explain everything so I could understand it. Helped with the App, and made the experience exceptional. That location will be my go to Tax Preparation Office as long as I am in the area. In and done in less than one hour. Its been easier than doing it technologically stupid to the self core. Even if problems occur everything will never change or begin to see the difference between perspectives blind eyes that walk by sights instead of by faith.
