A lot of selection in store & plenty of available sizes. Although some of the items I purchased didn't not wear well thru the first wash even. Two of the bodysuits were immediately "pilly" even though they didn't go thru the dryer.

Received terrible customer service from this location, and by the looks of some of these reviews, unfortunately my family and I aren't the only ones. Not only did they continuously try to over charge us, but they act like they were offended because we were "taking too long" being vocal about our or issues and rights as a consumer. I'm a person first and foremost, but just another person in queue. We were made extremely uncomfortable and a lot of re-training staff, including managers, needs to be done at this location.

Don't like the fact the dressing rooms are mixed. Clean store nice staff, great selection.

Everyone is very nice at this h&m location but I went in to use a gift card that I was presented for my birthday which I handed over during checkout. The gift card would not swipe and the employee typed it in manually and needed the pin for the purchase. Scissors were used to scratch off the metallic back and the gift card was ruined. After asking for a new one I was directed to call the phone number on the back (there isn’t one) and essentially was told that nothing can be done about the ruined gift card. I’m not sure why a pin is needed to check the value of the card.I get it, this happens. But customer service was not helpful and considering this was done at an H&M I would have expected better.

Trying to enjoy shopping with my children when foul secular music was blaring on the radio. First word was *D*** then *God**** and continued to say *God**** repetitively. Couldn’t continue to shop because of the vulgar music due to my children being present with me. If you want to play secular music fine but music with constant curse words is inappropriate.

Fitting room closed. Couldn't try on clothes to purchase and live too far away from an H&M to justify buying and driving a few hours to the closest one to buy multiple sizes.

Normal retail store in the area, lacks variety in the kids and mens sections. Fairly standard offerings.

It's nice to look around variety of items and the price is cheap, but the size of the clothes I want is often sold out quickly. The male staff was friendly.
