I recently went to Great Clips for a haircut, but I was disappointed with my experience. The website stated that they close at 7 PM, so I arrived at 6:30 PM, only to find the store already closed. To add to the confusion, the sign on the door said they close at 6 PM. It was frustrating to make the trip and be unable to get a haircut due to the inconsistent closing times. I hope they update their online information and signage to prevent this inconvenience for others in the future.

I went in for a simple haircut, a bob layered on the ends. Well, I told the hairdresser my hair was uneven, shorter on one side. I told her atleast 3 times. How could she not see that it was uneven? I wasted my time and my money!

Came in as soon as they opened. I actually was nervous trying out a new style. Cynthia was amazing, I thought I'd have to give haircut terms or a reference picture but she pointed at a picture they already had displayed out and it was exactly the style I wanted and she for sure executed amazingly. I love my new cut and she too loved it. Thank you great clips and most of all thank you Cynthia for an amazing job!

I brought my grandson in for a haircut. I had to have the beautician fix several areas that were not properly done. I fixed one area myself when we got home. I was not impressed and will not return to that location.Service: Haircut

Left in tears. Showed the young man the cut I wanted and he was honest and said he wasn't comfortable cutting my hair because he was new. The lady with the dreads beside him said she could. I left with a man's haircut. I told her it was way to short. She should not have touched the front of my hair at all. I will never go back! If she couldn't do it I would have happily left and found someone that could. I had a picture fir heaven sake. It will take another year to grow my hair out to look feminine again. ? All it needed was long layers and texture.

I am not sure the staff or ownership understand the concept of digital lines and check ins. Been going here since it opened up for the convenience but that has become less than ok with the rotating staff and old-school mentality of a haircut place. I rely on the virtual line to manage my schedule as a single parent, like most responsible people. When I am next in line and show up as expected, it shouldn't matter how long people have been sitting in the facility, I should still be next to get cut as advertised.The rotating staff make it difficult to get or communicate a similar haircut most times. I don't really care because it'll grow back, but for someone more concerned, I wouldn't come here.
