I used to go here, when someone else were here. But the older lady today was so rude to people in front of me. When she start talking to me, she was really bad. I was at Niagara Falls yesterday, from happy screaming I lost my voice. She called me sick, and want me to look for a mask. In front of other customers. I said yes and walked out. And I will never ever return to her again.
No wonder she has only 3 star.
No one should talk to their customer like that. For sure she cannot do my job. That’s why she’s where she’s at.

I really hate writing bad reviews, cause I know people often only write the bad and not the good, but yesterday, my partner and I went for our regular trims. We always go to this location, cause we don’t ask for anything special, want a reasonably priced hair cut, and can check in online. We realized they were under new management when we got there and an older white lady who we’ve never seen before was set to cut our hair. It was my birthday and also time for my 12 week trim, that I religiously have done since growing my hair over 2 feet long. I asked for my regular and a couple really long layers to relieve some of the weight. My heart dropped when she started cutting, it became apparent she was cutting my hair for her. My boyfriend also with a lot of hair, ended up with a fade, which is baffling cause his clipper sizes were on file (never changed) and she clearly said “we’re going to do a fade.” I was so mad and really wanting to cry, but I didn’t want to cause a scene, so we paid and left. The whole experience would be different if our hair was at least even and done well, but it is so botched that we have to pay somebody else to fix it. It’s hair, so I know it will grow back, but my hair was sooo long and all that hard work is gone. She even said my hair was “virgin hair,” which I clearly pointed out 75% of my hair had highlights and lowlights. She seems inexperienced for how much she talked about knowing hair. On top of the fact that she invaded our personal space the whole time, her face was 2cm from ours while she was talking, not cutting our hair. I’m sorry, but she does not need to be cutting hair. I attached a before photo of my hair where I need to hold it up to get all of it in the frame and both of our after photos.

When in doubt just stop cutting! I wanted to be able able to brush my curls down on the sides. There's nothing ?? no where near the pictures I showed as reference. Not enough hair left to form a curl or brush down. The side are just sticking out

Stylist was combative. Cut is the exact opposite and two inches shorter than i asked for. Will not be back.

The lady, Michelle I believe was her name, kept telling me I was constantly wrong about my hair. I’ve always had thin hair and not much of a hairline but not balding, since I was a child. She kept saying my choices were wrong and I should listen to her and wouldn’t let me say anything otherwise. Also kept requesting I let her shave my mustache because it “reminds me of Sam Elliot”. Kept pestering me to let her shave it despite my protests to not touch it, she shaved a portion of it off anyway and made it horribly lopsided that I never noticed until I got home and had to shave it all off because she messed with it despite constant remarks to not touch it. So thanks to your obsession with shaving Sam Elliot’s mustache, you suck Michelle.

To the hair stylish that tells a 9 year she’s a witch, and that only pretty girls have long hair and handsome boys have short and that she takes little boys and girls to her house away from their parents and cuts their nose and ears off and makes them take leaves to get it back you’re disgusting! My daughter and grandson came home shook! DO NOT BRING CHILDREN HERE!!

We walked in with no appointment- last minute decision and we’re greeted immediately with such cheerfulness!! She was absolutely wonderful and was obviously talented!!! Great with my son, listening and talking to him about what he wanted. Highly recommend!!

Eve this place is under new management I don’t recommended . I had a hair cut on 2/24/25 with Chandra I asked if she can do some layers I show her a pic of long layered hair I also said I just want to cut off about 2 inch, she said okay well this is what she end up doing and she cut more than 2 inch.

Been here 3 times, and each time I end up having to trim a bit more than just stray hairs when I get home. The last time even after noticing a longer patch before leaving and having it corrected, I still had to go over it at home. Think their trimmers need sharpening or replacing.

A short time ago my friend got her haircut at Pooler location. Michelle cut or tried to cut her hair. My friend was so very upset at the cut. Front one side longer than the other. Back was a mess. Totally bad cut marks that looked terrible. Anyway a complaint was made n they never offered a refund or even a sorry. Michelle left very soon after that was end of her shift n my friend's haircut was result of end of her shift. The other stylist said that they would get manager to contact us. Never happened. My friend tried again calling to speak to manager n they said they would get back to her. Well we were just wondering if 2024 was the year they would offer an apology n refund of money. This is very much not a good way to conduct business and definitely not professional. Maybe we will be lucky enough to hear back soon about my dear friends terrible haircut.
