Automatic doors. Gas is cheaper, and the bathrooms are decent. Strong toilet paper and paper towels. Faucets spray funny and could be replaced. They have a step for kids for sink. Womens to the left and Mens to the right. Hubby says mens room is better than most. Clean floors and urinals.

Tonight I was passing through Pooler, GA and stopped at Gate gas station. I witnessed probably the BEST example of outstanding customer service from an employee with the name tag "Karen". Thank you, Karen.

so we don't normally have Gate out here. I was at the one in St Augustine on vacation and was super impressed with the set up and all the coffee, ice cream, food options. unfortunately, this one in Pooler is a sad shell of what I thought I'd get. The coffee is one of those touchscreen grind variety and it's pretty good. Gas prices and beer prices were pretty good for the area, energy drinks were a touch higher than others. My issue is mostly the embarrassing lack of roller foods and pastries. Like there was literally four rolls of rolling food and a crowd fighting over in that tiny area, so I passed. Like even a Shell or Circle K has more options for food.

Employee eating pizza while she did my transaction. Not good customer service. Very disappointed with visit with the store I frequently visit.

Easy access, neat and clean outside and inside. Both were being cleaned while we were there on 2/1/2022.

They said a military id was not valid form of id here. The lady at the counter was very rude. The store was half way decent. She watched us the entire time we were in the store as if we were going to steal. Just a very uncomfortable experience.

I used to like coming here. Lately I have been met with bad service and the store is dirty while the employees are standing there talking and 50% of the time another out front smoking pretending to pick up trash.Today, felt very disrespected. Lady in a black shirt, I think it said Vera on the shirt, just looked at me while I was trying to check out. Did not great me(or anyone else) gave me my total, but yet I needed more things, when I asked it for other things I needed it seemed like I was inconveniencing her and the other 2 ladies behind the counter. I will tell my drivers for my company to buy fuel and supplies elsewhere.
