I was told deliveries arrive within 7-10 business days, I purchased a sectional 2-2 and it’s still not here. I call and leave messages because only the manager can help me with my order. I still have not received a phone call. Very dissatisfied with the customer service.

I didn't know what I was walking into because their store space is kind of small for a furniture store. (At least what I am used to) But their costumer service is wonderful and their products are of great quality. The owner/manager did everything she could to make sure I was taken care of. Even their delivery people were super helpful and kind when coming to my home. Very pleased with Furniture Express!!!

Great customer service and quality furniture! Not only are they conveniently located in the heart of Pooler but they also have a wide selection of items beyond what is displayed! There is not a piece of furniture this staff can’t get, even matched a picture that was brought in from another store online. This place is highly recommended!

Small store in size but they do sell a wide selection that can be ordered and the furniture was better looking in person than in the book. My salesperson was very helpful and shipping was faster than I expected.
