The decor and staff at the store are absolutely amazing. I order on the live wreck the store shows. Shipping is super fast and everything is wrapped so nice. I wish I lived closer because that furniture is so beautiful.

The furniture is solid and beautiful, and then it is painted with chalk paint and intentionally sanded away to make it look distressed. That fad is ending and the effort needed for the stripping the paint off and re-staining that would be needed, is not worth it for a $1000 headboard and footboard. It all looks the same. Every piece of furniture was done the exact same. If I wanted the exact same thing over and over I would have just gone to a chain store. I won't be back, not my style, and EVERYTHING is the same style.

I have made several purchases from this store but my most recent purchase has been very disappointing. The bed wasn’t sanded and prepped before it was painted so the paint just rubs off. We also noticed that some of the parts were missing I called the shop and was told to go to Home Depot and get the parts. This is not acceptable for a $600 bed. Not very good customer service.Response to ownerThe delivery crew were my adult sons. And as far as moving it in the rain, we really didn’t have a choice. I called the shop and was told that we only had 48 hours from the time of purchase to pick up the item…… even though there was a hurricane on the way.

Lots of refurbished bedroom and dining sets to be found at Finder's Keepers; however, finding matching pieces is definitely a challenge. Many cute seasonal decorator items.

Very nice put together shop and priced reasonably... all the people we encountered were super sweet and helpful ... was worried from the Yelp reviews but turned out to be a pleasant and nice experience...

I visited this store while in town visiting family. If I lived local to this store it would be one I'd frequent. Staff was friendly, lots of home decor to choose from and prices were on point! Go, you will enjoy! Note.....the majority of furniture had a shabby chic look to it so if that's not your thing you will still enjoy shopping the home decor.

Really cute stuff!! Owners and Staff nothing but rude. They act like you are bothering them if you ask a question. I have spent thousands in this store and have referred a lot of friends but today was my last visit. I will not go back!! And do you know what is crazy, they don’t care!!

Mocking mask wearers during a pandemic is pathetic. Avoid at all costs!In response to the owner's denial: it doesn't take a doctorate in behavioral science for a person to know they're being mocked. Fortunately my partner has a PhD in behavioral science. Nothing about our dress sense or appearance was unusual. Two members of staff looked at us, masked up, looked at each other and began to laugh. At that juncture we were never going to buy from your business. However, we entered and discreetly watched the reaction of your staff to people not wearing masks - no mockery.A casual perusal of other customer reviews suggests your store has a systemic problem with masks. Rather than deny or obfuscate I suggest you change the culture of your staff. At present your employees seem to behave like members of a Qanon rally.

Rude management and owner. Horrible customer service. I would never give them my money after hearing how they talk about customers who walk in. Buy local? Not from these people. They need someone to come in and train them on how to treat people. They are definitely anti-mask and very judgmental as previous reviewers have mentioned. People wear masks to protect themselves and others. My grandfather used to say, "The customer is always right." These people have a different motto, "The customer is an idiot. But we will take their money." I'd strongly advise people not to shop here. It's one business I'll be glad to see go out of business eventually.

Called about a dresser and chester drawers that was on sale. Asked lady if wood was good and she stated yes. It is PARTICLE BOARD! I had to go ahead and pay over phone before I went in because we would not have gotten there before they closed so had to p/u next day. Son in law picked up for me, rained on way home and now both pieces are ruined. Will never buy from this business again.

The staff are friendly and helpful even when I called numerous times. The furniture is absolutely gorgeous! Did all my shopping online. The pictures do not do the pieces justice. They are also custom building me a coffee table and end tables. Prices are great. Highly recommend
