Companies have lost sight of what Service means. Phones are being answered by people in other countries that don’t have the ability to serve the customer base. every time a package is late, I lose hundreds of dollars with people waiting around all so FedEx can save a few dollars on a labor rate.

I was supposed to receive a package on 9/28/24 they delayed my package without a date for delivery!!! Now it's 9/30/24 and still no update just sitting in there warehouse. Just opened a investigation on them but take 24/48hr for investigation to look into it completely bs!
