I thought I had a great relationship with my neighborhood cvs but I guess not. I’d go up here just to spend money because I was bored! Buying all the overpriced perfumes but they broke my heart working with the Opps? God bless y’all ??

We arrived 20 mins after getting the text my prescriptions were ready and due to the storm their system was down. The guy was unwilling to search for my prescriptions after I asked him and told him I have pneumonia and needed the medicine, especially the inhaler. He stated they fill hundreds of prescriptions each day and couldn't look through the prescription bags to find mine. I called the St Joseph's Urgent Care facility I was seen at to see if my prescriptions could be called into Publix but I was told no because CVS would have already charged my insurance and that they constantly have patients who have problems with that CVS location. The customer service I experienced was very poor and either your employees need better training or a manual system needs to be put into place for situations when their computer system goes down. If you have time to walk around the store doing nothing, then you had time to look for mine and others medication.

Awful pharmacy at this location, prescription was there on Monday and magically disappeared on Saturday because it wasn't in stock. When I called. the person I spoke with said she didn't know because she just work the weekends and was of no help. "There is nothing in the system, and I don't know. Have your doctor send prescription again." Even though I received text messages that they were working on the prescription. Very odd, incompetent pharmacy.

They don't even deserve a star. Worst customer service. I arrived 15 minutes before they closed. Waited that long while they were serving a customer. I understand that whatever the circumstances may have been with that customer nut that was so unfair, they saw me and closed the gate right in front of me . One started laughing at me while I was pleading to pick up my medicine. I walk in and the pharmacists gives me a hard time then throws my medicine on the counter. How unbelievable.

The WORST customer service. Do not even deserve half of a star. Was in line well BEFORE the scheduled lunch break & the window was closed when i finally was able to pull up because they take SO long. Had a sick child in the back seat waiting on meds for her. Was forced to use a big chain due to it being Sunday. Support local pharmacies at all cost. CVS sucks.

Pharmacist is very rude she yelled at my elderly mother who is a veteran this is disgusting. How dare you speak to an elderly person like that and just hang up and treat them like a dog . Do not use this pharmacy and I will be calling a lawyer to pursue further action because this behavior is unacceptable. She told me to my face she would belittle her own mother in the manner she did mine is

I come here once in a while for health and hygiene necessities. They have things decently in stock and clean store, maybe a little bit pricey but they sometimes have deals going on (mostly deals are for if they have your phone number or email, won’t work if they don’t have those credentials). I don’t use their pharmacy because of past experiences of being rather slow with giving the prescription, and miscommunication and mix ups.

Literally the worst pharmacy drive thru and even the interior wait is a mess. Instead of having people come back around the drive thru to get the prescription that isn’t ready they will literally hold the line up for 15- 20 minutes because of one car. Literally can’t with this location. Switching to Publix where they have it together.

**UPDATE** Still just as bad. They reguse to open a register. You can only use the u-scan. If you ask they get bothered by you asking. Never going back.
Absolutely wretched. They will NOT open a register even with a line of 15 people and making us use the scan register instead. 4 of us left them with our products and walked out. Poor customer service and manager just walked away from us all. Contacted corporate and waiting to hear back from them.

There customer service is bad I called to ask if they had the 2 new hello kitty easter greeter’s since on their page online says its in stock the lady that answered was really rude and said there was no hello kitty and I asked why does it say it’s in stock online and didn’t answer me
