Very rude flamboyant dude with blonde dreads works there at night.Although it’s a 24hr store he will rush you in the store so he can sit outside, smoke a cigarette and talk to his boyfriend. I will NEVER step foot in that store again!

The customer service at this store ridiculous. First you should not be handing me a bag to bag my own items. I stood at the register for a while before the cashier got up to ring me up. A white lady I don't have her name kinda tall. I gonna stop coming to this store. No body teaches customer service anymore. This was on 2/6/24 at 3:36pm

A few minutes ago, the "manager" locked the doors to the store and was outside sweeping. I overheard him yell rudely at a customer who asked him approximately how long until he finishes sweeping and unlocks the store door. It's easy to understand that a single employee on duty has to lock the doors for a few minutes to use the restroom or run outside to empty the bins, but it's unacceptable for that employee to be rude and insult customers who simply asked a question in a normal tone. Also, this location appears to offer regular gas 10 cents cheaper than the Shell you pass first when getting off the highway; however, as you get closer you see the bait-and-switch...the cheaper price is the cash price.

GROSS GROSS GROSS!!! Do not stop here! Nastiest bathrooms , there is no way they are being cleaned on schedule the buildup was disgusting on the toilets, there was no soap, paper towels or toilet paper in either the men’s or women’s.

I went to the location in pooler Ga the checker that was on duty that afternoon rang me up for my single drink purchase that was 3.75 and she refused to give my receipt as to some issue she was having then she proceeded to charge my card 75.00. I noticed apon checking my account. The bank had to block my account and file a fraud claim and now I'm having to file police reports and all that thankfully I recorded the clerk so I had her full description and her strange behavior on camera.Don't provide your credit cards to this location as the management are hiring crooks who are steeling your credit card information and using it for fraudulent purposes

Not going to return, lady associate seemed to hate her job, carded my wife for her cigarettes and I waited while she went out to grab her I'd, yet same associate did not card next custmer in line, and same associate few days later did exactly same to us again, as I waited she rang up two others, getting cigarettes,and another getting dip, feel like it was a race thing, both times others were same color as her, but we we not, very sad and will pray for her, we all bleed red blood, no excuses for this sorta treatment these day. Prayers sent to this woman ???

If ever a convenience store gas station could earn five stars legitimately this one does absolutely gorgeous inside clean with ample space to walk around not over cluttered no excessive inventory piled up all around the floors in the windows and absolutely gorgeous inside store clean as clean could be in the bathrooms were amazing sparkling clean and gas prices were a lot cheaper than some other gas stations I've had to fill up at all in all absolutely five stars great job guys
