I frequent pawn shops all over thesoutheast,its a hobby ,I buy tons of tools. I need 3 of everything for workLots of junk , anything of value is over full retail.This place is a joke, at 50% off you still couldn't get a deal on tools.Don't waste your time here if you are a tool buyer, unless you just need a good laugh.I can't say enough about how ridiculous the prices are, Can't see any reason to ever step through the door again.Places oozes sleeze

Stop by the store at 5:15 on Saturday and all the lights are off and doors closed and locked with not a employee inside time and doors till 6:00 p.m. and on their website and Google no voicemail is set up or time change notification anywhere.

So a while back I had pawn a 50 inch roku tv and they had checked it to to make sure they could but it from us and everything was okay and when we got are tv back the tv was broke and the man even said it look like someone hit the tv in the corner as they was putting it up, so he told us to bring the tv back so they can look at it just for them to try to accuse of breaking the tv which it wasn’t like that when we gave it to them. So he was like I’m going to reach out to the owner of the pawn shop and he was going to call me back they never did. So I ended up calling them back and they gave me the owner email addresses and the owner never responded back. They still have the tv and all and they didn’t try to fix the situation at all. They didn’t call to check and make sure of anything. But it’s sad because I used them the last time and I had wonderful service and was treated right but for this situation to happen and for it to not get resolved and for me still not to have a tv I’m very upset.. ??

Bought a firearm online and use this shop for the FFL transfer. When weapon arrived they notified me with a call immediately. Went in 10 minutes before closing and they did the transfer. Great service and great price. Will use them from now on.

It’s not a big shop. But I’ve been twice to pickup a firearm transfer. Both times the gentleman at the desk has greeted me nicely, chatted nicely with me. I had no issues picking up my guns. I’ve read negative reviews for here and I just haven’t seen the same when I go.

Been sitting out here waiting for them to open and its 30 min past no one has opened the store also have had bad experiences when coming in the store where they wouldn’t acknowledge people they sit around watch movies its just ridiculous

Buyed a $200 xbox one s then got home didn't even turn on not only the the controller wouldn't turn on ether on top of that was going to sell them my original xbox one said since it's an older model only going to give me $20 for it

Wish I could leave a lower review. Waited on the clerk to finish his personal conversation with his friend because I wanted to buy a nice watch they had in stock. Well, he never even acknowledged my presence and moved on to a man who had just walked in to start another personal conversation. Obviously they don't want to make any money here because this is not the first time (this was their second chance by me). Avoid if you value your time.

Was rather rude. Walked in. Nobody greeted us. Walked around the whole store and still, nobody from the staff said anything. Guy was behind the counter watching a movie. Had several customers bit was oblivious to everyone. Very bad customer service.
