Nice and very clean. I did the wash myself. It cost a little over 9 dollars. All the buttons and attachments worked great and my car is now clean!

Vacuums were good but service was mid. No one really acknowledged me or gave me a time estimate on when they could get with me and instead they were sweeping the concrete.

Did the $18 touch less and it was a waste. Plenty of bright colors but I had to wipe a film of dirt off the entire truck before I dried it. Wheel cleaning was equally poor.

You never know if the touchless is working or not. Been here a few times and it just doesn’t work. Blank screen as shown in photo. Disappointed.

* UPDATEI received a call back from a manager who was very pleasant. It is refreshing to find someone who knows customer service and had the tools to remedy my situation. She has offered to allow me to wash out my door jambs and go through the touch free wash. The managers at this establishment will be reminded of the tools they have to avoid this situation in the future. A car wash experience shouldn’t be stressful.BIG THANKS LOGAN!EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICEIf I could give less than one star I would! I very seldom leave a review so the fact that I’m leaving this one says a lot that I would take the time. Both Chris and Mike were useless and claimed to be managers. I put $18 in the machine which did not register. Chris opened the machine and placed all $18 back into the machine. I told Chris I had only intended to put enough in the machine to get it to work. $5 in this case. I asked for my money back and they both claimed there’s a company policy and he would lose his job if he took money from the machine. He literally had the coin dispenser open with my money in his hand and he couldn’t help me. They gave me a useless number. Needless to say I left in disgust. It’s almost comical how bad at customer service these two were. I had intended to spray out my door jambs and then purchase a touch free wash which I told Chris. They literally lost out on more of my money all because they were not empowered to do what is right. Sad

This locally owned establishment is easy to get in touch with for any concern. I have had my wash pass for some time now and use it at multiple locations. It's nice to have the guys give it some extra love before driving through the car wash.

My first visit & confirm that this setup is most inconvenient. Not worth a membership. No towels or spray available at MY convenience. I had to drive to the front & ask how I get my free vacuum. I was given 2 coins which did not last to do my entire car. Went back & given 1 towel & told to bring it back to their container when done. Standing out in the blazing sun with no shelter is not worth coming back. Don't waste your time or money. I'm sparing you an unpleasant time.

Never left a 1-2 star review in 15+ years for any establishment.Update your vacuums. Increase the time the two $1 coins give for both fragrance and vacuum. The “add extra time” feature gave 30 additional seconds for $2.There are other businesses in the area that offer free unlimited vacuuming. It’s 2023. Update the customers options for payment with cards for vacuums, not just the wash.

Quick was for 8 dollars while inside your car. Pay at machine and drive forward a good wash and dry off. Wait for green light to GO upon exist.

Got 20 dollars in coins. All dollar coins. When I go to use them in the machine it only counts them as quarters. Used 4 dollars and only got a dollar for it. Don't give out dollar coins it the machines don't recognize them. The rest worked the way it is supped to and did a good job

I use the Lane with no brushes. No contact carwash. Then, I dry her off myself. Great shine!

Payed 20 bucks and all I got was a rag. No tire shine and one coin for the vacuum, that barely vacuums. Better off going to Savannah car wash at least the vacuums are free.

The express car wash is equivalent to standing outside with your thumb over the hose and spraying the car for 30 seconds. Still dirty, now with water spots. Not worth the money, a literal scam.
