“Saturday I found my quarter panel window broken. I called numerous places and tried to get replacement done that day (as I am inpatient) or at least a quote with an available time for service to be done. Safe lite was quick with the quote and kept me up to date on everything going on (via text and email). After lack of response and lack of urgency with other companies I finalized with safe lite and I am super happy that I did. They provided me with a date and time that a tech would arrive. Again they kept me informed throughout the whole process. My appt was for 8/1/24 and my time slot was from 8am-12pm. A little after 7am I received a phone call and text informing me that my tech (PEDRO) was on his way. Pedro arrived a little before 8 am and introduced himself. He walked me to my vehicle, and we showed me what was going on and what he would be doing to complete the repair. Several times I went out to just look and observe and each time, I was met with a smile and explanation of what he was doing. By 9am, Pedro was complete and again walked me to my vehicle , explained the warranty and the care instructions for the window for the next few hours while the window set. I am beyond impressed with since of urgency, time efficiency, communication, and excellent customer service provided by Pedro and this company. Thank you Pedro for all your knowledge and help. You are very much appreciated! I hope that I do not have to replace any windows anytime soon, but if I do or know anyone who needs assistance, I will definitely recommend this company and Pedro specifically!
