We visited the Ann Taylor Factory Store and my wife found a few dresses she liked a lot. The store is nice and filled with fashions to choose from. The fitting rooms are convenient and clean. The staff were friendly and we had a very nice shopping visit.

Then it's here!As an older man shopping for items for a loved one who's of a pre-alphabet designated generation, I want solid clothing value with smart and traditional although of up-to-date styling, made of modern textiles. Ann Taylor shops have such a reputation, and although your mother may have shopped this brand back when malls were a thing, Ann Taylor of today rocks it.Good sales and great values of fashion substance. You can purchase and know your decision is solid with value.

Amazing customer service!!! We really appreciated Sabrina! She was sweet friendly and helpful!!! I wish every sales associate and manager we encountered today was as attentive and customer service oriented as she was!! Sabrina made Ann Taylor my new favorite store!!! We will be back!!!

My previous experience with Ann Taylor has not been great. This location had great selection but what it better was excellent customer experience. Bonnie S is an asset to Ann Taylor. She helped locate the right sizes of dresses I bought as a surprise for my wife. Couldn't have done it without her. Thanks Bonnie!

My wife went to this store and purchased over $500 worth of clothes. When we arrived home the pants for one of her Suits were not in the bag. She called the store to see if they would mail her the pants and was told we would have to come into the store. My wife explained that we lived 100 miles from the store and was told sorry they could not help. She even offers to send an email to the manager with the receipt but was told no! DON'T SHOP HERE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS JUST THEIR BOTTOM LINE!
