I had such a great experience here. I was hesitant about going to a “big box” eyeglass company, but I can’t say enough good things about this America’s Best location. When I checked in, I was greeted by Penny, who checked me in and then handed me off to Ketiema. Both of these young ladies were so sweet and professional. Ketiema was also hilarious! It only got better from there. I was called in right on time by Dr. Taylor. She is very smart and also a really nice person to boot! My exam was done quickly and she explained everything to me. I did not get glasses, as my RX did not change, but I am sure that process would go smoothly as well. I will definitely be returning.

Miss Kelly is amazing. I have a lot of trouble getting my contacts in and I'm a first time user Miss Kelly took the time twice to assist me and teach me how to wear my contacts. She's the best.

Looking at the reviews I figured Kelly the supervisor paid for these reviews so I had to see for myself.Just so happens that I couldn't find the place after walking the entire outlet to find out if wasn't in the actual outlet but outside of it in a plaza area. Thanks to Bree the receptionist who assisted me without making me feel bad for not knowing.Missed my appointment by 15 min but they got me in anyway after someone missed their appointment. Guys don't go in there with your woman cause if you see who gonna check your eyes. Your eyes gonna get poked out. Just a heads up. All the staff was very nice and professional. Especially Kevin didn't try to make a sale on something I didn't need. Insurance or not I highly recommend anyone to this place after my experience. Southern hospitality at its finest.

Everyone was super friendly and nice. I always have trouble putting in contacts the first time around and everyone was patient and worked with me until I was about to get them in. Definitely recommend this location and everyone here.

I have been going to America’s Best for years and the staff at the Pooler location were all wonderful today! It’s been about 15 years since I have been able to actually get the glaucoma test completed and Kelly was patient and walked me through every thing!
