This room was the grossest room I ever stayed at in my life. I paid for one week and the first second I stepped into the room. I told them to cancel my reservation, and when I went downstairs to cancel my reservation for the one week they were going to try and charge me one more day for cancellation fee +13% of every other day on top of that, oh my God I can barely make it by and they’re trying to steal my money. I have a newborn baby and you should see the room make you sick to your stomach.

I recently had the pleasure of being a customer of this hotel. I recently had the pleasure of being a customer of this hotel, that left a lasting impression on me, thanks to its amazing employees. Harrison, a late-night front desk attendant, went above and beyond to ensure, that my experience was comfortable and enjoyable. He was as welcoming and friendly at 11:30 PM as he was at 6AM , when I was departing to Savannah airport However, one individual stood out among the rest – Ravi, the hotel's driver who took me to the airport.Ravi's professionalism, kindness and friendliness were truly remarkable.My flight ended up getting delayed by a few hours and when I called, Tristan who was at the front desk that morning, offered to pick me up so I could stay at the beautiful lobby of this hotel instead of waiting for 3 hours for my flight at the airport. Ravi was there on time to pick me up and drop me off later. My stressful Thanksgiving day of delayed travel ahead of me was sweetened by amazing and kind people at this hotel.

Strange,no shower door or curtains.only 2 towels per room for 2 people .overpriced hipster place $220 a night.Bars in walking.lesson learnt no more aloft stops.Walkability: In a strip mall lots of food and shopping.Will never stay at Aloft again fancy price and decor for a budget hotel.

Nice new hotel with well laid out rooms. Staff is friendly, accidentally slept through breakfast, so not sure how that is.

I love the vibe of Aloft. I have stayed at a few different Aloft Hotels in other cities and I have never had any complaints. HOWEVER, the shower situation at the Savannah Airport Aloft is awkward, if you are traveling with kids, family, or friends. There is NO privacy for showers. The shower is out in the open for everyone to see you in your room. This was not issue with other Alofts I have stayed. Had I’d known, I would NOT have booked this room for our Mother/Daughter's trip. This hotel is fine if you are traveling solo or as a couple.

Incredibly poor insulation. Staff wonderful, decor nice, but for a new building to have such terrible insulation is ridiculous. I actually had to move rooms at 1 in the morning after front desk called people at midnight to turn down music. I could hear every word plus more than I wanted, too.I would NOT stay again.

Do not stay at the hotel if you are in town for work ! It is loud on the first floor with an open bar and pool table in the main lobby. If you are on the first floor forget a good nights rest. They do not implement a quiet time. This is absolutely ridiculous and inconsiderate of the people who have to get up for work in the morning .

Had to book a last minute trip and was very happy with my stay. Rooms were clean and nice. They have steamers in the room and not an ironing board which was interesting. There are about 30 restaurants near by for am easy bite to eat. It's located about 3m from the airport which makes it very convenient if you are on the move.

Place was clean. Service not so good. Fridge wasn’t cold. Told it was a cooler not a fridge. It was labeled smart fridge. Powered blind didn’t work well. People above us woke us up at 5:30 am. Kids running and jumping off bed. We were told design flaw and nothing they can do. Will never stay there again.

Love the vibez from this hotel. My room was very spacious and comfortable. Loved the layout and the fun character and colors. The lobby was huge w/ a public pool table, public gamez and private lil sitting nookz. There's a large bar to the left of those sitting areas. Outdoor pool and lounging area but looked a lil' small. All of the staff, including the hotel shuttle driver, were very pleasant and welcoming. Definitely a new favorite overnight for me whenever I'm in the area.

Great staff esp. front desk & shuttle drivers. Great svc. 4 those w/o a car, shuttle will drive u w/I a 5 m. radius. There r shops & restaurants & outlets down the st. Don't care 4 no doors w/glass door showers & don't need yuuge safe?! Pool needs cleaned as black on bottom & could b slippery & dangerous & slimey. I told front desk, but it did t get cleaned n 10 days I was there?!Nearby activities: Lots of shops & restaurants w/I walking distance, as well. Close 2 airport.

Absolutely fantastic clean rooms. I stay at Marriott properties as much as possible and this one was top notch. My wife and I took my sister and her family here for a trip to savannah. Staff was amazing, helpful, and friendly. The only thing that disappointed me was when I verified that we had adjoining rooms 3x twice with customer service and once directly with the hotel I was assured they would be. When I checked in I was told the only adjoining rooms they had were king to queen. That none of there queen rooms were adjoining and we were placed across the hall from each other.
