Very good place to load out of. They are very friendly and fast. The lady that checked me in (Shamirah) was friendly and helpful. Need more like her.

Kent got me in and out, he even staying past his lunch to do my coworkers trailer. Usually in the past this place was slow but he’s telling me they have a new system on how they’re doing live loading and unloading

From check in to loaded less than 2 hours! Not to mention i checked in at 10am for a 1300 appt! I was loaded and gone! Great experience for me...Thanks

If there was a negative rating I would do -5 stars. Hours and hours waiting to load just 3 pallets that were scheduled for an appointment pickup at 11:00 am. I arrived at 10:15am and leaving at 2:00pm only because the loader came out and actually walked in with me to driver check in and told them to quit holding us both up and get the product switched out of the inventory. Awful. Thankful for the loader or I’d probably still be sitting there.
