Ahhhh. The Gardens were very good and getting better. The lodge seems to always have problems. Room not ready at 4pm, had to wait till after 5pm. The restaurant was at 30% capacity and the kitchen could not keep up. This was a Thursday night. If management was better this could be a really great place.

We didn’t stay here we stayed at the villas but walked around here and it was beautiful. We checked in through the lodge but they messed up all the billing and had to go back twice to get it fixed. Other than that beautiful resort and very thing was set up for fall and Halloween.

I would go for the experience of the attractions the food wasnt my favorite nad the everything is high priced but the memories are what you go for and not to menti9n the golfing.

It's a nice hotel and the service was okay. However, I have to give the room a bad review simply based on the mold growing on the ceiling in the shower.

I don't know where to start. The horrible customer service, oh, and also you can't forget the 60 dollar buffet.
First off, on the first night off our stay, we
decided that we wanted to go eat dinner at
the dining room.
We waited in a long line, and when we finally got to the counter, the woman was so rude. We asked for a table for 14 people, and she stood there in silence for about 10 seconds, contemplating her life decisions. After that, she walked away without even saying anything, we waited there for about another 10 minutes with a big line behind us. She finally came back and said, "Our table is ready." What kind of customer service is that, this place needs some help, I think I can run this place better than any of them.
Second of all, this place is short staffed. It has the potential to be great, but we encountered a lot of staff that need training and / or additional leadership.
We also came back to our room today, and the towels had been replenished, but the bed was not made!
This place has a lot of potential, but they fall short in a lot of big areas.

There was a hurricane that affected Georgia so Callaway canceled their Pumpkin event for a few days. I had a room reservation specifically for that event. When I tried to cancel, Booking told me to request a cancellation through the hotel. Angela, the manager, claims to have never received it even though I spoke to Booking and they saw it was sent. They even resent it. Multiple people at reservations at Callaway even tried to contact her. I messaged on the app and she stopped responding. How is any of this my fault? I even said I would reschedule but they can’t oblige to that either. Every date I tried in every month til April they claim wasn’t available. Come on. Despicable!!

Rooms: We stayed in the cottages and honestly for the age of the resort, they exceeded expectations. We will def be going back.

Located on site for the all the things callawy have to offer. We'll kept beautiful landscapes friendly fast service. Even better when festival and extras because it's next door I'm same place.
Nearby activities: Everything is on the same property. Very clean kept up.all activities are with in short driving distance and ok waking distance as long as you are well off enough for a walk.
Safety: Very safe on trails plenty of people, but if toy waundered off, it may beacone a problem it's a very large wooded place
Walkability: Everything is walkable as long as you are able to do so.
Food and drinks: They do have a restaurant on site.
Noteworthy details: It's very beautiful and worthy of an outing, plenty to keep you busy

We tried to cancel due to the hurricane but the manager refused to give us one and had the nerve to be rude about the whole thing. Now we have to pack quick and make a trip we don’t want to make because one person values money over our safety.
