Mason tore a nail while playing during our stay at a nearby campground. They fit us in the schedule and confirmed his nail was going to be okay after applying a compression bandage to stop the bleeding. Thank you for being so caring!! ❤

Appointments are useless. They are good to the animals but I ALWAYS have to wait almost 30-40 minutes to be seen. And I always have an appointment

Wonderful, pleasant, professional, and patient staff. Dr. Slappey and the staff treated our K9 as a family member. Each staff member we have encountered is very knowledgeable and patient-focused. You know it is a great hospital when your dog is eager to go to their appointments and tries to pull you through the door. We're new to the area and have found our doggy doctor. I recommend them for all of your veterinary needs.

I always get anxious taking my cat to the vet because he is not easy to deal with. Dr. Bondurant and technician Amelia was AMAZING. I was so impressed at the level of care my cat received and how my cat did not freak out like he usually does. They answered all my questions and ensured that I left completely satisfied. I've been to a couple of sketchy vets in town but I definitely trust this place. By far, the best vet in town!
Edit 2: Went to Dr. Slappey to get my cat neutered and dental surgery and we took care of my baby with no issues! They always go above and beyond for my pets and I am so grateful that I have him as my vet.

I have recently moved to Perry and needed to find a vet. I had been going to the same vet for 16 years and was worried about finding one that I loved as much as my hometown one. Dr. Westmoreland did not disappoint me! I loved him and he was very thorough and spent a lot of time with me. He was very personable and took good care of my fur baby. The staff was very friendly and I have found my new home veterinary practice. I would recommend Dr. Westmoreland to anyone looking for great care for their animals!

My fur babies have been with Westmoreland & Slappey from the moment they opened! They are always attentive and kind. The support staff is knowledgeable and helpful. And the vets are the best of the best! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Dr. Slappey has done all of my pets dentals and extractions! He takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. I travel all the way from Atlanta for this vet office. It’s an affordable, honest and AMAZING clinic!

Had an emergency and the vet was able to start fixing my dog immediately. I had a bad run in with Houston vet so I didn't trust vets anymore but when my new puppy had an emergency this vet was awesome. If your looking for a vet choose here!

Friendly animal doctor with caring staff. They have helped me manage my dog’s allergies to the world. When she got bitten by the Timber rattler they took her in 10 min before closing and took the best care of her.
I’ve been going there for over 7 years and will continue to take my dog there.
