Had an issue that caused my mail to get held/forwarded without my consent. It was not the post Office fault either. The front counter staff and my mail carrier Tameka immediately helped resolve this issue and get us our mail. I am thankful for their help and great customer service even when we showed up very frustrated and upset. Thank you for your patience, kindness and understanding.

I have been receiving service from this post office for eight years. I run a small business and go there daily. I mail out an average of twenty packages daily and receive packages daily. Rarely, do I have problems that are caused by this post office. They are always friendly, and they always do their best to assist me with any problems that occur. I know that USPS doesn't always have the best reputation and lately they do have a lot of problems. But this post office staff is significantly better than average. Going into the office daily, I get to see some of the situations that they run into. They truly are abused by many customers on a regular basis. Their job is not easy, but they always keep their cool and try to help in all circumstances. The postmaster can even be humorous, breaking the tension during stressful times, like tax day. So, thank you, Perry Post Office employees. You are appreciated.

From putting a certified mail notice in the mailbox not completely filled out (obviously didn’t go to the door to see if anyone was home) to stuffing a box that should’ve been left at the door in the mailbox. I have to have the dumbest / laziest mail lady in history! And when we complain, nothing happens!

My first time visiting this post office. I go to put my prepaid packages in the package drop off inside, Only to be given an attitude by the black lady at the counter for using it. IF YOU DON'T WANT PEOPLE USING THE DROP BOX MAYBE PUT AN OUT OF ORDER SIGN UP RATHER THAN GIVING PEOPLE ATTITUDE. I can see why this place has so many one-star reviews.

I would give a Zero, but there's no option !! Worst management!! The most unprofessional Manager! Oh by the way take your own tape because apparently they have none!! USPS must be doing real bad when they pick anyone to manage their Post Office and have no tape. Never going back!!

First time returning a package. Came to this location to return my shoes to fashion nova and I WONT BE BK! Shoes were in a box a with a rubber band around it and clear bag they came in. Stood in line while they were still opening at 8:33am! There were 4 ppl ahead of me. The blk woman at the counter heavy set glasses nappy pony tail got to me finally just to tell me I needed a piece of packaging tape to seal the bag! Okay no problem oh but you have to purchase a roll of tape. However it was a roll of tape on the counter for packaging. I left and bought some tape from dollar general instead of paying 4.50 for a roll of tape that couldve been done as a courtesy and after that wasn't giving them a penny. Came back taped my package and gave the woman the box with the scan code. She then asked me if I wanted to purchase some stamps I replied "Naw I'm good" she then chuckled as if it was an issue that I didn't buy the tape from there and I wasn't pleased with her service because I wasn't. I let her have the chuckle because I know what I'm capable of and it's ppl somewhere begging God for a second chance for something I couldve done today! There was empathy or courtesy. Then gave a gentleman a box to mail his Jordan's and a ROLL OF TAPE and all I needed was a 6" piece

Mrs. Mary, Mrs. Melba, and two young ladies at the front work hard to serve our community!They genuinely care to help you and that makes a big difference.Sometimes, they are short staffed it seems but it's clear they strive to meet each customers needs in the most reasonable time they are able.Ive witnessed them treat thier customers time and time again with a kind, fair and attentive nature.We appreciate all your continued efforts over the years.You do make a difference.Thank you always!-The LeFays
