The young man who helped me on visit #2 was very helpful. The young ladies who helped on visit 1 and 3 were more concerned with their nails and their personal phones. I will not be back.

This particular Tmobile store is awesome.Landyn, and Tanya are great to work with. They are both extremely professional, kind, friendly, efficent, and extremely knowledgeable of the products and services Tmobile offers. The only caveat is that this store doesn't have the largest inventory of new flagship devices, However they can order and have shipped to directly your door which is great too.

I went today to activate a new phone and the workers that were there were amazing! They were so patient and sweet and definitely made the experience so much better. I felt horrible because my old phone was acting up so it made the process sooo much longer but the lady that was helping me was so kind about it my favorite t-mobile by far every person i’ve met that works at this location are amazing <33ETA: The workers there today were Alexis and Ty. i loved them

I just had to brag on these three beautiful ladies! Michelle, Ty, and Alexis were awesome! Just as sweet as can be. I walked in literally right at the time they were closing. I was desperate for a new phone since I damaged mine in the pool. Normally I would never do anything like that but they were so super sweet about it and did everything they could to work with what I had. Thank you so much Ty for getting me fixed up! Michelle thank you so much for your kindness and making me laugh ? Alexis , you were sweet as pie and congratulations on your new job! You’re gonna do great! Thank you for everything ladies ???

This is the most outstanding service I’ve EVER had at a T-mobile store!! From the moment I walked into the store the atmosphere was so upbeat. We were laughing and having remarkable conversations. I stayed for over 30mins conversing with Ty, Michelle, and Landyn and I only came in for a screen protector. I will be back!! Thanks.

I live in Perry so you think this is the one I should go to all the time right, well everytime I call they NEVER answer the phone, everytime I go in for a problem they never help. They always say, "You need to go to Corporate," so that is where I drive to. The location on Watson. There I always get great service. My Reps are Chance, Cindy, and Kim. Always willing to fix my issues. Simple as just needing a sim card or viruses taken off my phone, because my kids download everything. I just hate wasting gas and time. What is the use of this T-Mobile being close to me if I always have to drive to Corporate because they don't want to help. Corporate told me that they can do everything Corporate can except Sprint. I am T-Mobile, not Sprint, so they should be able to assist in my T-Mobile needs. Plus, every time I go in, the store is empty, so it is not like they are busy. THEY JUST DO NOT FEEL LIKE HELPING. Maybe because helping doesn't make them any money. But that is just my opinion. They would rather a customer drive 20 minutes away just for help, something they can clearly do but choose not to. If I can give them a zero, I would. Please don't think this is just my 1 time deal. I have lived in Perry for over 20 years. I was excited to get a T-Mobile close, but ever since they have opened it, it has always been the same thing. Unless I activate or I am in there to buy something. Then I get help. It's crazy. I have to drive 20 minutes to get help. When a store is 5 min from my house.

Hands down, Ms. Michelle at this store is the kindest, most thoughtful person. I don’t know about this store’s other employees, but we sure do love Michelle.I’d love to find a way for T Mobile corporate to find out about the golden employee they have at this location. She deserves a raise!

I just left this store, will be my first and last time in the store. At first everything was going ok, one person was working there and me and another lady was waiting, there was only one person working there, a male. I was next but I let the lady go first as she said she was just paying a bill and my account questions was going to take a little longer. Another female worker came in the store and said she will be with me as soon as she puts her stuff in the back. I went and sat at one of the tables and she came out and said something like “ I’m going to need you to not lean back in chair”. I swear it was completely unintentional and I didn’t even realize I was doing it. Either way it rubbed me the wrong way and I decide to leave. I went next door to Publix but was was kept thinking about it. Lady, I am 42 years old and been in the military for 22 years. Don’t talk to me like I am your child. I am a grown man. If my job was in the customer service area and someone was doing something like that and I didn’t want them to, I would have said something like “ Excuse me ma’am, these chair bend or break east can I ask you to not lean back in them please, thank you ma’am, how can I help you”. I decided to go back and wait on the male I was waiting on the first time since he was professional. I came in, he said the lady would be back out and I said I will just wait for you. Instead of going to sit in a seat and trigger the lady when she comes out. I chose to sit on the big window wall ledge that me and the lady who was there to pay her bill was sitting for 20 min with no issues. Next thing I know the male said I need to sit in a chair and can’t sit there. I lost it, I said what’s the issue here, the lady with chair and me and the other lady was sitting on this exact same spot for 20 min and you said nothing. I told him I have been with T-Mobile for 7 years and have 8 lines with them and never had an issue. All I do is have some questions about my account. He said he didn’t know what the issue with the worker lady was but I need to sit in a seat. I said I’m good and asked what the store number was T-Mobile store was as I am going to email there corporate and he said they don’t have a store number, just the address. I don’t get it, if you don’t t like your job quit, go do something else. You have a choice. If your having a bad day, don’t take it out on the customers. My advice is don’t go here if you want to be talked down to by people made at their career choice.

It is very hard to service customers. Especially ones who feel that they can never be corrected. I visited this location and the lady and man working were very professional. A man came in and said he had billing Questions. Instead of sitting in the 2 desk , 2 full benches, or full round table with about 3 chairs on it he chose to sit in the window.? The lady who walked in from what looked like her break, spoke to him and asked what she could assist him with. She invited him to the table and asked for patience as she put her food down. When she came back out he had sat at one of the high tables and was leaning the chair forward with his feet on the foot bar of the stool. She asked him to lean the chair back so that he would not slip in fall. In that moment you can tell that made him mad because he told her he would be back. He left and came back and told the guy working I would rather wait for you. The guy said no problem and again invited him to sit on the benches nearby. He got mad again and left.There was nothing wrong with asking him not to lean in that chair that way. Myself and the other customer waiting in the location agreed he was just being rude for no reason. I hope the team gets this a knows it takes a lot to deal with customers like that and on his behalf we apologize.Thank you for taking such great care of US.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Kenyatta helped me with all my needs and was able to answer all of my questions.. the internet service i got is fast on all my gadgets.

I think all cell phone companies are rip offs but this store is clean and the staff were helpful.
