Recently left Wells Fargo and was looking for a bank that would actually talk to be about financial goals and services instead of playing on their phones and acting like I was annoying them with my patronage. The ladies are all very nice and courteous and actually acted like they valued my business. I worked with one young lady, I think her name is Nicole who was super helpful and put me at ease as soon as I talked with her.

When it was state bank I was satisfied especially with the $10 grace for accidental overdrafts. Not too pleased with $120 in fees for 3 tiny charges that showed up the night of payday. The ladies that work here are nice but cadence bank in general does not have my thumbs up. Changing banks. Company is greedy.

I LOVED State Bank and the manager Erica, but after 12 years. I'm taking my business elsewhere. This new company CADENCE BANK is straight up HORRIBLE, the customer service and the online portal is A MESS. I asked for the headquarters contact information, and the Vice President gets AMNESIA and doesn't remember the headquarters location or contact information. YOU CONSIDER YOURSELF THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE BANK AND YOU DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE HEADQUARTERS. WHAT A JOKE. DO NOT BANK with this bank!
