Don't go here to get a recall fixed, it will not be free, you will get charged a high diagnostic fee, and they won't have the parts, even if you schedule more than a week in advance - they will also have trouble finding your online schedule appointment when you show up. Not very professional like a ford dealership should be.

The whole crew at Phil Brannen Ford was very helpful, professional, and friendly. They were able to put me in a new truck same day and took care of all my needs despite some staff shortages that day... and they gave me a lifetime powertrain warranty at no extra cost with my purchase. Could not have had a better car purchasing experience, and would certainly recommend this dealership for anyone considering a Ford vehicle.

Brannen Ford is a fantastic dealership to work with. They have that family business feel yet are very knowledgeable and helpful. We recently purchased a used F-350 from them and the buying experience was far better than any we've had at past dealerships. Highly recommended.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We stopped on our way to our vacation destination because our air stopped working. They said they didn't have anyone to look at my expedition because they work by appointment only. We have 3 FORD vehicles sitting in our garage. Do NOT recommend.

Hands down the best place I have purchased a vehicle AND I'm 2,250 miles away! I purchased a used vehicle and had the vehicle shipped to the state of Washington. The process of purchasing a vehicle entirely online was simple and trouble-free. We love Olive the Jeep!

My church borrowed a neighboring church van (Ford) to take our kids to camp. The trip started out fine, then we had to pull off the road several times. We ended up pulling in to this dealership. They treated us great, kids and all. We were stranded there for just a couple of hours and we were treated like family. It was a nice experience.

Breakdowns when traveling are never pleasant, but during a Thanksgiving trip my wife and I found ourselves stranded along Interstate 75 near Warner Robins, Georgia. We were fortunate enough to make the drive south to Perry Ford for service. Jerry, the service manager who helped me was the best. I had my 2009 Ford F-250 Super Duty at the local Ford dealership in Dahlonega, GA on three occasions, costing a total of over $1500 with the problem remaining. Jerry brought in his Diesel Master Mechanic and the problem was repaired the first time at Perry Ford for $200 It is nice to find a Ford Service center that knows what they are doing even when their diagnostic computer and Ford service bulletins do not tell them what to do to fix the issue. I will trust Phil Brannen Ford for all my future service needs despite being almost three hours away. They are dependable, honest, and knowledgeable in what they do and have my full trust. A special thank you to Jerry for his follow up and expert help!

Not a good place to go to in my opinion. Some of the employees are helpful but from my experience they don't have a lot of them. They over price everything along with the fact that they will try and rip you off! I went there today to drop my vehicle off for a airbag recall which I was informed wouldn't be any cost to me, after dropping my vehicle off I called up there, spoke to Scott Bowman, to ask if they could look at my headlight for me because I recently have had an issue with the light. I already had someone tell me it was probably the wiring. I was told by Scott they have no problem looking at my light for me and I was not informed of any kind of payment. Once they called me back I was told it was the wiring and not the bulb and that I would have a $115 diagnosis fee. Im extremely displeased that nobody let me know about this payment because if they did I would've told them not to worry about it!! Scott also told me I should've known this because there is a big sign out front that says it which I don't really understand how I'm supposed to know that if I'm not there. I ended up getting in touch with management and the issue was resolved. Just do yourself and your wallet a favor don't waste your time going there especially if Scott's working!! We left Florida pulling our 10,000 lb travel trailer with our 2017 F-350 to escape hurricane Irma. An error code showed up on the truck and the engine power was reduced. Perry Ford was the nearest dealer so we called them for help. The service person told us they could not look at our truck for EIGHT DAYS because their one diesel mechanic was booked. They did not even offer a quick look to assist us, knowing that we had a trailer in tow and it was urgent. I would not recommend this service department to anyone!
