They treated me and my family with much compassion and acted very professional. Did not pressure me in any way to make any purchases and answered any questions I had. Was very affordable as well. Would recommend to anyone if they had a loved one pass away.

My beautiful girl Bean passed away suddenly in the early morning, and they were able to pick her up within the hour after opening.
Everyone I spoke to was incredibly kind and supportive, very soft-spoken, which was comforting. I am very empathetic and emotional, so I took everything very hard, but they definitely made it easier.
They were gentle with her and helped me with every step. Even though I wasn't the one paying, they took my information and scheduled everything. She passed this Wednesday and will be home again this Friday.
I've never reviewed a business before, but I am very grateful for them.

When we lost my beloved chihuahua, Tu, they were there for us. I called in the morning to make sure someone would be there in the next two hours when my husband got home and they made sure someone would be there. My husband wanted to be the only one to handle her and they let him take her in the back. They gave us privacy to discuss what we wanted for our girl. They didn’t pressure us to buy an urn from them. When my husband ordered a keepsake urn, they held on to her for an extra week until it came in. We ended up purchasing an urn from them and they had a great selection in stock.
I recommended them to my brother recently when his girl crossed the rainbow bridge and he was also very happy with the service he received too.
We will definitely be using them in the future with our other babies when it’s their time to cross the rainbow bridge.

I've driven by Pet Plantation several times going to medical appointments down the road. I thought to myself that this would be the place to contact years from now when that "time" comes. Unfortunately, years from now turned out to be less than a month ago. One of my dogs passed away unexpectedly at 3-years old. It was a painful time, but I'm glad Pet Plantation was there to meet me after their normal business hours. They were very pleasant and professional to deal with. I hope I don't have to use their services again anytime soon, but I'm sure glad that they are there. Thank you Pet Plantation for taking care of our Chillee!

Our cat passed away late on Friday. I called the Boyers around 7am the next day within 20 mins. They asked me if I could come in that morning that it was a minimal fee, $50, for after hours. Came in and had an incredible experience from the owners down to their dog. They understood our cat was a family member not just a pet. I will use them in the future should we need their services.

I lost my buddy today. He was called home. Called pet plantation earlier in the week and told them I was expecting a loss. Paul told me to call him day or night and he would be there for me. Called left a voicemail on a Saturday and Pamela called me back within 10 mins. They were out of town and had Justin meet me at the funeral home. They all were very compassionate with me in my loss. Justin greeted me and walked out to my car. Told me to take as much time as I needed. Made me feel at ease. They know I was grieving and made the process so much easier. I will be using them again when we have to say bye to our doxie! Thank you Paul, Pamela and justin y'all are awesome and a godsend
