“Went into the store a few weeks ago. Michelle asked can we be helped? We told her what we needed. She was short with her answer. She walked away from us. Her comment was I'm going to leave you with that. Her shorts were a little too short to be working in a place of business. I worked in retail for 30 years and this is unacceptable! I know she has a job to do but her attitude was horrible!!!”

She is very customer service oriented and probably has the best customer service skills I’ve ever encountered….yes ever. Duplicate her and put her in every retail store, doctors office or anywhere that relies on customer service as a driving force of success; she is that good. “The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. He even entertained my toddler as he was listening to “Baby Shark†and made conversation about his personal child listening to that song a lot. He was extremely knowledgeable about how to pain the exterior door and told us all the steps and process to take. I hate I didn't get his name bc he deserves a shout out for his hard work.”
