Last place I will buy another thing from. I was told I could bring back 3 sockets yesterday if they didn't work. I was informed today that the lady that told me that was wrong and there would be no return. They told me a sign was posted but when my buddy I started looking for the sign we couldn't find one. When I asked the woman in charge she showed me a torn up dirty 8X11 sheet of paper taped down to the counter that no one could see unless they were standing over it. I keep getting amazed with poor service.

NAPA stores have a good reputation around here and I'm sure this one in Perry is adequately stocked. The staff here needs some training in customer relations.
